La cama muy cómoda el baño grande

La ducha salia agua y mojaba todo el baño. La terreza tiene fácil acceso para otras habitaciones.

Las zona de las piscinas con muchas amacas y sombrillas. Los toboganes de agua. El buffet con bastante variedad. Todos los dias animacion.

Le gros point fort : le nombre de piscines qui permet de s'espacer les uns des autres (période Covid) des jacuzzis, des profondeurs différentes, des L'emplacement de l'hôtel face à la plage est excellent Au bar, les tarifs des boissons sont très raisonnables Question nourriture : nous avions pris la formule Demi pension : PDJ complet mais jus de fruits :( et café en machine automatique :( Par contre super le show cooking en viande, poisson, crêpes et certaines spécialités tous les soirs + mes filles ont apprécié les fontaines de chocolat noir et blanc chaque soir + bar à bonbons La climatisation est non bruyante et efficace C'est un hôtel familial pas de beuverie, ni de troubles

Il n'y a pas de parking sur place, seulement quelques places qu'il faut prendre d'assaut sinon le long des rues Difficile quand on vient en plein été comme nous Les animations enfants n'étaient pas nombreuses (peut-être dû au Covid ?) Les animations adultes non plus : 2 aquagym par jour La musique d'ambiance ne se joue qu'à ce moment là dans la journée Les spectacles ont lieu chaque soir (niveau moyen) L'espace pour y assister est un gros point à améliorer car on est tous collés les uns aux autres Je n'ai rien sur le fait de ne pas parler français, mais même l'anglais semble inconnu pour certains membres du personnel Le matelas est à ressorts c'est très difficile pour la semaine passée

El personal fue poco amable o nada Amble El buffet: -muy basico pocos platos y poca calidad de la comida para un hotel 4 estrellas. -Que halla que pagar la bebida antes de entrar al bufet,es la primera vez q me ocurre y hemos estado en bastantes bufets.

Destacar el trato maravilloso de todo el personal del hotel. Yo soy intolerante a la lactosa y fructosa y mi hija de 18 meses alérgica a la proteina de la leche,me encanto como nos trataron y explicaron todo tanto el jefe de cocina como la camarera,muy bien tratado todo el tema de alérgenos. Estuve hace unos 6 años y me gustó,me es que ahora que le eatan haciendo algunas reformas destacar que me gusto el doble. Totalmente recomendado.

Good location

Cleaning should be better. Especially the toilets they were often very dirty and disgusting. The hotel need to be better maintained, paint Ect Water in the pool should be cleaned during the day

It was a very peaceful beachfront hotel, the staff were great. The room was good, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was big and comfortable, the aircon was working perfectly well. The entertainment was good and due to the manner the pool was set up it never seemed overcrowded even though the pool/pool sides were full. The food - there was alot of variety which was great with a picky eater.

The pool - once you put on goggles you can see that the water was dirty. Not the day to day dirty which would have been acceptable but there were loads black particles everywhere except for the slide pool. It looked like algae (but cannot confirm) as they could also be found within the groves of the upper pool tiled in certain areas. The pool side - the weeds by the pool side and the tiles are dangerously slippery.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and very helpful. However didn't speak much English which is a problem when trying to explain allergies regarding kids.

Reception staff were good, but overall most don't speak English, which isn't a problem but there are lots of English guests. The lady at the Spa was extremely rude. There was a power cut on first day which lasted over 5 hours during the heatwave, there was lack of provisions and communication from hotel about what was going on.

There is no parking at all, not even to unload or load a car. WiFi did not work for the first 3 days and after was very poor. 5 restaurants on the facility all preparing a very poor food and even worst service. Coversheets only available for very cold whether or a very thin one. Music playing all day long extremely loud and very poor choice.

Location perfect right on the beach. Breakfast choice was impressive

No tea or coffee-making facilities available in room. No air extracter in bathroom itself. Noisy guests everywhere throughout hotel - no consideration to others was ever given.

The only thing I and my friend had any problem with was the shower over the bath. We both were very concerned for our safety because the bath itself felt slippery and there was nothing to hold onto whilst in the shower or for getting out of it. There were many elderly people like ourselves there who must have had the same fears.

Food very disappointing. Room very small and furniture outdated.

Not a lot, maybe a pool. Besides some kids peeing right on the ground near the pool.

The room smelled of cloak, then they tried to fix it and it started to smell of chlorine. So we had to move to another room. Dirty sun beds, bad service, generally bad choice for a nice family holidays. If you want a sun bed - you also have to pay in cash. Wi-fi just doesn't exists (no connection to the internet). I wanted to have an iron and they first did not have available one, then in 2 days they finally got one but I had to find some cash for deposit. They rejected to get deposit by card. I haven't tried anything like that before. Just shocked and disappointed.

Children not allowed in indoor pool (even with an adult) when outdoor pool was so cold Evening entertainment only seemed to be for Spanish guests when tour operators of other nationalities bring in guests to stay Bar and restaurant staff found to have no manners and whenever you asked a question they gave an attitude of can't be bothered to assist (even asking with limited Spanish)

The hotel is beautiful and the people most of them are super nice. The people and the green monkey restaurant was amazing I want it to have all my meals there

They could improve in there organización regarding restaurant bookings and information to the client. Also the food can improve in the buffet The restaurants I have to say the takamaka should have more options.

The tasting menu was excellent, but the receptionist did not explain clearly that it was a tasting menu, nor did they have the menu to refer to. However, that was sorted while we were dining by the hotel management. The beachfront location is excellent. The staff worked very hard and were pleasant.

We had difficulty finding the location as it is down a very small side street... a direction arrow or two would not have gone amiss. We had an evening meal in the main restaurant which did not agree with either of us.

Good pool, great food, nice surroundings, nice hotel.

In the weekend is very noisy. The hotel does not have silence rules. There was a party in the near room - so it was hard to sleep, the staffs couldn't help :(. The beach is with small pebbles.

Everything was spot on. Food,customer service. Location fab,short stroll to a strip with lots if eateries The play team were amazing, my little one looked foward to her daily visit to kids club

Unfortunately when we visited they were having some building works done,so it was a bit noisy. Not a negative really for the hotel itself. Only 1 restaurant open- again not a negative for the hotel as we visited off peak
