Que el parking no esté incluido en el precio (estaba prácticamente vacío) La calidad de las comidas (no es mala, pero nada que sobresalga) A veces el aire acondicionado olía a tabaco. Los alrededores no son nada pintorescos para dar el paseo

Nothing- on arrival the hotel receptionist said CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED unless we pay €200 more Euros. Apparently if my child was under 2 years old then she can sleep in the cot for free, but over 2 years costs €100 Euros to sleep in same cot. On booking.com typically it’s room not person you pay for but this hotel is using the company to charge per person. My wife left with kids and I visited the beach alone. They said the children were not allowed to visit me or be seen anywhere on site. This hotel was like a prison, except at prison the food is better and you get more visiting hours. There’s a reason this hotel scores low on booking.com!

My CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED - unless I pay €200 Euros more for the same room. We asked for a cot the day before, it said ‘free cot’ on the site, but nobody said I had to pay €100 euros per child extra for a three night stay. Hairs in bedding too (see pic). Terrible. Don’t stay here!

The highlight of the hotel are the outdoor water slides.

Most disappointing was the quality of food which was very low, both at breakfast and for dinner. In general, this hotel does not provide value for money.

Location! Perfect. Staff very good too. Especially one lady at reception, who gave us Gold award service level. Maira , sorry if spelling not correct , she has her hair in a ponytail , when we arrived 25 mins too early, she told us no problems you can check in , she advised us about the hotel and the underground parking 🅿️ which as we were staying four nights we booked. We told her we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, and when we took the car to park and used the lift from the carpark direct to the 4th floor with lots of luggage, it opened opposite our suite 458. Perfect! By then she had sent a bottle of cava 🍾 in an ice bucket to our room .Bravo that lady , for Gold service, we thanked her ,and gave her som chocolates , which she shared out with staff at reception. Thank you so much . *****5 ⭐ .

The food selection at breakfast was very good. Temperature of the hot food was warm but not hot ,. This was the same in most of hotels in Spain.. The lunch and evening buffet was a poor low cost selection of food well presented, but again just warm never hot , due to non rotation of food in trays, heat level not high enough to keep the food hot , did not see even once this week , anyone check the food temperature with a probe . This could be a health Hazard with Rice,pasta ,pork etc , it was not a good food experience, many people said the same to each other, but 9/10 will never tell the hotel. They just go to the microwaves around the dining room to reheat their meals , please address this issue, by increasing the heat levels in trays and if you rotate the food it won't dry out, which is one reason and cost u maybe don't do it , but for your customers health and comfort , just do it . We would rather pay 5% more for better food , more main dishes, less selection of side dishes,and hot food please, l do know what l have experienced is correct , as l did test reviews for cruise ships for years , and they found the reviews, constructive, helpful, and supported by passengers too.

All the staff were really nice, and polite especially Pablo on the front desk. The room was very well cleaned every day. the food was really nice and lots of it. we had breakfast and dinner. the facilities were really well maintained.

The wifi connection dropped out occasionally, but who needs wifi when you're on holiday? The lifts got really crowded at peak times.
