Nos encantó el entorno, las instalaciones exteriores y la ubicación tanto por cercanía a la playa como a zonas de ocio.

La limpieza. En general estaba todo muy sucio: la cocina, los baños, las cortinas y hasta las sábanas. En cuanto al apartamento le faltaba mantenimiento, tenía manchas de humedad y desconchones en las paredes.

Mucho espacio en el alojamiento. Habitaciones espaciosas con aislamiento. Una sala de estar enorme con la mesa para comer y dos terrazas .

En la cocina me faltó algún trapo para secar las manos o los platos. En el salón alguna mantel en la mesa , ya que es blanca y si mancha o se estropea no te devuelven la fianza de 200 eur.

The apartment was large and the terraces off 3 separate rooms were brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was really effective. The whole apartment was immaculate.

I wish that the lounge furniture and beds were more comfortable. They were all a little firm for us.

I liked the apartment and that it had 2 bathrooms as we were 2 couples sharing a 2 bed and a nice view over the golf course at the back. It was clean and spacious and comfy. The guy on reception was pleasant.

It could have done with a bar or a cafe on site as I think it would do good buisness. There were cafés and restaurants not too far away. Also I didn't read until we were on the way that I had to pay €200 deposit!! It seemed rather a lot as we've stayed in many places and never had to pay that amount!! Possibly a €100 at most.

Very friendly staff. They were always very helpful. Quick and easy check-in and check-out with flexible check-in times.

When we booked the apartment, the pictures on booking.com show a stylish apartment of a high standard which looks almost new. When we arrived, the apartment was old, dirty and damaged. The furniture was worn out and dirty (like the apartment) and did not look anything like the pictures. The sofas were old and filthy, we had to cover them with a sheet to sit on. Immediately after entering the apartment, we were very upset because the hotel had completely misled us with the photos online. So, I spoke to the reception who told me they do not issue refunds and that I should contact booking.com. I contacted booking.com to tell them about the issue and they spoke to the hotel to get a resolution. The hotel then called us to offer us this pathetic “resolution” which was to be honest, very insulting. The staff said that they would move us to a larger apartment but that we had to pay the additional fees related to moving. They did not offer any refund, allow us to cancel the booking or even offer to clean the apartment which was filthy. Two days before the end of the stay, after much complaining from myself, the company offered to clean the apartment, which to be honest was way to late (we had already been there 3 nights. Please look at the photos that I have uploaded and other reviews on this site before booking. If you’re happy to stay in a dirty old apartment and pay top price for it, this is your best option! Plus the staff are super rude and un helpful too. I hope that this review will save others from the same dissatisfaction and disappointment that we suffered.

Clean apartment with all the facilities, great view

Was advertised as having outdoor pool, when we arrived it wasn't available for use. With 4 children pool was essential! We checked out after less than 24hrs and didn't get any refund very disappointed. Also walls were paper thin

Modern construction and facilities. Reception counter on-site, good parking (October) close to Playa Serena beach.

The oven was difficult to use without using the top part , but this was a grill so food had to be watched or it burned and then the middle didn’t cook
