EL PERSONAL poco amable, y nada empaticos bastante fríos y distantes, incluso para preguntarles una dirección o alguna actividad que ver en la ciudad, desconocen TODO .. como si en chino les estuviésemos hablando No sabian darnos una dirección, y te trataban como si no les pagasen y estuviesen haciéndote un favor ! Realmente decepcionante en ese punto! Solemos ir a este hotel de años y como que esta vez fue muy diferente y a peor 🤨 LAS ALMOHADAS 🛏️ eran muy blandas y el canapé hacía una curvatura inclinada haciendo que la cabeza cayese hacia atrás … realmente una posición súper incómoda tanto para mi como para mi pareja La SILLA 🪑 de la habitación estaba rota (zona del asiento rajada) También habría que tener en cuenta que solo hay un ESPEJO🪞 ( el del baño) se debería tener en cuenta poner alguno en la zona de la habitación para uno poder mirarse sino andas a tientas … LA LUZ 💡 DEL BAÑO 🛀 NO ALUMBRABA NADA, poca luz para un baño y para colocar los jabones 🧼 y temas de aseo no había ni una estantería tenías que ponerlo en el suelo ALGO ANTIHIGIÉNICO

The hotel was really well situated for my needs. The staff were friendly and it was a cheap room.

I had another night in a hotel in Andorra la Vella on the same trip and only paid a little bit more and got air con, a swimming pool and breakfast included.

Overall very good, about a short walk from city center. Very central and nice location, public water available right outside with entertainment there as well.

Great little spot in Andorra, walkable to everything in the main city. Comfortable rooms with parking available nearby (extra).

great location, huge and modern bathroom

Super noisy. My room was on the 1st floor and I could hear every noise from the corridor / from the kitchen. Till 11PM and from 7AM. Also "interior patio" meant a dark, closed chimney something, so I was unable to let fresh air in.

at 7:00 am a lot of voices and the coffee shop was just under our room and we can hear EVERYTHING. We can’t rest.

I like the separate heater in the main room and the bathroom. It was also quiet on the entire floor where I stayed.

I was just a little surprised regarding the city tax I needed to pay upon check-out, the receptionist didn't ask for it during the check-in. But no big deal though.

very careful staff I had a medical situation while staying there and the front desk helped me with local hospital contacts

the bed cushion was too soft I had a back condition and was difficult to sleep because of the softness

Excellent location right onto a lovely square with everything close to hand. Clean rooms with a generous sized en suite. Gluten free Pastries for breakfast and gluten free beers and ciders available too.

One of our party was given a single room this was very small had no external window and was very warm and noisy - he thought it must have been above the kitchen.

The city centre.

Enjoyed the large bath area, the room was clean and had almost everything we needed! Beds were comfortable too! The air-conditioning was just nice as we went there in the summer. If we needed it to be cooler, we'd open the windows.

The receptionist pointed us to a different hiking route than what we asked for, but it turned out to be a beautiful hike. Wished the receptionist could be at the desk more/ more available. We also had to push our luggages uphill, thru the entire shopping mile to get to the hotel, that was a work out.
