The price.
Parking is definitely not for big vehicles. It is difficult to park our rented Opel Zafira. If the place in front of our parking slot was occupied we would not be able move in or move out from the parking.
2nd bathroom for the smaller room was too small (it seems like 1.5x1.5 m with toilet, sink and tiny shower).
A noisy road is just in front of our 4th floors windows.
