Très bon emplacement, proche des transports en commun et du centre avec resto/bars. Magnifique vue sur la mer, buffet petit déjeuner gigantesque pour tous les goûts. Happy hour de 18 à 20h au bar. Super. Rien à dire.

Breakfast was really satisfying, with different variety of food, everything fresh and warm. Staff is kind and willing to help in the breakfast area. Rooms are spacious, renovated. We had amazing sea view.

Room is not renovated till the end, so we didn’t have mirror in the room. I asked the reception 7 days in a row for a mirror, but no solution. That was dissapointing. There is no eletric outlet in the bathroom, so we couldn’t use small bathroom mirror while drying hair. There was no shelf to put shampoo or bathgel in the shower.

Sea view room was very good apart from no air con Other room was very poor

Broken floor tiles in bathroom= dangerous ( TBF the management moved rooms immediately) Beds in standard rooms are cheap and very uncomfortable. Lots of noise on lower floors. No air con in sea view room (although sold as Air con in description) they only turn it on when it's hotter but the room was facing the sun all day and remained very hot all night, supplied with a fan and windows kept open. Very dimly lit rooms

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok z pokoju na zatokę. Oferta śniadaniowa bardzo rozbudowana (choć mocno powtarzalna). Basen wewnątrz budynku jest mały, ale dzieciom wystarczył.

Some of the facilities are a bit worn down: The card reader was faulty and every evening we had to wait for staff to reprogram it. You may have the same problem, requires patience A/C was just about ok, but not strong Elevators are sluggish

The elevators don’t work properly, not all the towels are changed everyday and sometimes they werent clean, AC is unadjustable- can be too cold sometimes. This hotel needs renovation

The room was a little outdated, but the views were spectacular

I called the hotel before i booked and asked them if they have a good working AC because of the current heatwave. The woman on the phone laughed and said, "Of course, our AC work." When i got to the room, the AC didn't work! They said it will be fixed tomorrow.. but i was only there for one night, and i paid over €170 for one night of sweat.

This property is in the perfect location. Great views, good buffet breakfast and clean and big rooms.

The bed was very firm, the bathrooms were not configured properly when being built so there was water all over the floor when you showered, which expanded the bathroom door to then not be able to close it. The hotel looks more modern in pictures but in reality is a little older and run down. The pool was closed due to bad weather while we were there for 3 out of 4 days.

The staff on reception. Either air conditioning was switched off or not working in the rooms, most guests has their patio doors open overnight for fresh air. Allocated we booked their Deluxe Twin Room, but the room we were allocated was smaller than the one shown in their website. No seating outside for guests with disabilities to use whilst waiting for transport. Bathroom was too small. You had to sit on the toilet at an angle because the vanity unit was too close leaving no room for kegs to be in front.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious & the bed was really comfortable. The location is very good - close to lots of restaurants & bars.

Lighting in the room was poor - not very good for reading once night time arrived. The bathroom could do with some additional hooks for hanging clothes/towels.

1. Location: The hotel was well placed, everything was walkable and had bay front 2. Breakfast: Hotel had a rich breakfast 3. View: view from balcony at 5th floor was pretty good.

Pool: The pictures used on booking.com of pool area are misleading 1. Swimming pools were very poorly maintained, were badly maintained, door glasses were broken, scratched, no clean place to sit, no towels or bathrobes available 2. There was bad smell in the indoor swimming pool. There were no showers for guests to take before going to the pool. Room 1. Air conditioning in room didn't work well; keeping balcony doors open wasn't an option as there was no way of turning balcony lights off 2. There was no ventilation or exhaust fan in bathroom, making it stuffy and smelly Overall infrastructure is old and requires renovation.

The location is very good. The breakfast was very good. Staff frendly. The bed was very comfortable. The bus stop is not far.

I eat once dinner buffee, it wasn´t my favaorit.

The outdoor pool was closed and so was the access from the hotel to the sea. This was pretty much the reason that we booked the hotel so this was a major disappointment. Also the air condition in the room only provided warm air but no cooling. And finally the breakfast room is very noisy.
