Too much noise during the night. Poor SPA, not well maintained. Badly projected. WHO designed it doesn’t have a clue what a SPA is…

The staff were unwelcoming and completely unhelpful to the point of making my friend cry at check out as they were incapable at issuing the refund on the deposit making her late for the airport. The property was dark and tacky. Mirror on ceiling above bed and chains on the wall. Incredibly noisy , there are strip clubs and night clubs playing music til 4am which keep you awake. Then all the drunk loud 20 year olds coming back to the hotel yelling and screaming I was kept awake til 5am every night. The pool and outside area was closed and we were not told this when we booked so no infinity pool or outside area to relax. The spa was dirty and dark and pretty gross. The coffee machine poured water all over the floor when we used it we asked for a replacement and they never gave us one. The shower leaked water under the door into the bedroom. And then on check out they tried to charge us for the mini bar which we didn’t use. They said we had two cans of coke. We bought these from the shop ourselves and as the clear spies on what you use they had said we had them in our trash can so tried to bill us. Utterly ridiculous. They also charged an extra €150 deposit when we arrived which we not informed of before arrival. The rooms were so dark as were the bathrooms you couldn’t see to get ready and the hallway smelt of mold. They tried to cover this with a very strong spray that stunk out my room for two days and made me feel ill.

100.- Kaution, vor Abreise wurde das Zimmer kontrolliert… Nachts hat die Lautstärke und der Bass von der Disco einem aus dem Bett gehoben… auf der Straße Gegröle bis 4.00 morgens…..

The lively atmosphere , the music and the accommodating staff. A special notice for Maria Vanessa who always kept my room top notch, clean and stocked . Krishna and Joston who always made sure I was helped throughout the hotel , especially the rooftop pool . They were all great during my stay at H Hotel.

Room was lovely, very well furnished. Breakfast and service was exquisite.

Facilities need maintenance. Spa walls were moldy and the water cold.

the hotel have bad pepole for a day at the pool and at the spa and its kill the vibe there is no free bad at the pool becuse the let pepole in

No towels in the room. Only 1 elevator for all the hotel on a busy Friday night and it took extremely long for our turn. Booking was done with breakfast included but a fault in their system somehow did not show the same and we were not allowed to have breakfast even after explaining everything to the staff. The room access card given to us at check in did not work. Housekeeping do not respect privacy as they just knock on the door and enter immediately without waiting for any type of reply from people who could be possible inside.

Good location

Could have told us that the pool is closed for this period prior to booking. Only dark in door pool was available. Could have told us that EUR250 Deposit Fee is required in Cash prior to booking. I was told if you dont pay cash you will wait 3+ Months for your refund. Reception staff was very unfriendly and full of you know what. It's almost take it or leave it attitude. Had no fresh towels as they ran out of towels.

The staff is very nice The location is very close to the beach but the street is very crowded specially at night. The rooms are weird but in a positive point

Most perfect stay for our minimoon. They decorated the room and just was perfect. They would bend over backwards for you and exceeded all expectations.
