Great location and friendly, helpful staff.

Zero sound-proofing in room 201 - I could hear every conversation the people in the adjoining room had.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and appealing.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected and the bathtub/shower didn't have railings or an enclosure.

rooms are spacious, their furniture is fine, breakfast is good and it is located very close to the movida streets, quite close to bus station.Staff is nice

my room needed maintenance as, for example, shower head and mini bar refrigerator. Shower doors are too narrow. Cleaning could be more accurate

They didn't come to clean the room

Receptionists were polite and professional, very helpful when needed any info. Breakfast was nice and consistent everyday, rooms are specious and we had a nice view from our balcony.

Two of the cleaners on 2 separate occasions were extremely rude and unprofessional. On the first ocassion, we were sleeping, she knocked once and then proceeded to open the door, from my bed I hear her and said we do not need cleaning at the moment. She mumbled something than loudly said:" I dont understand!" And closed/ smashed the door and left. On the second ocassion was the day we left,yesterday, when we had to do the check out by 11am. The lady comes in at excatly 11am and I tell her we will be out in 5 minutes and looks at me angry and says : @11am out!!" We were just tidying the room a but as I never find it fair to let a hotel room in a huge mess. In 5 minutes she comes back and starts shouting at my partner "out,out"!! 😳😳 I was shocked of how rude and unprofessional she was and we left imediatly.

Excellent Location and good public transport connectivity. Supermarkets and restaurants are near by the location. Nice Balcony View from the room. Nice Breakfast.

Cleaning, noisy room because of construction woks opposite the hotel and a window's guality.

Room was clean

It was noisy you can hear everything from the next room. Uncomfortable pillows, 2 single beds instead of a double. Breakfast was awful all food with mosquitos and small flies especially in the bread bin when they opened it a lot of flies came out. I made a complain with the receptionist because this is the second time at the district and the problem with breakfast remained the same he answered he couldn't do anything
