Appartement vraiment très propre: Ma fille portait des chaussettes blanches dans l'appartement...elles n'ont pas changé de couleur. J'ai jamais vu ça. La literie est très confortable

Slight smell of nicotine in the linen, small uncleanliness parts, and a view through the window to the old wall...

The apartment was so clean and its space design made it really comfortable. Everything was luxurious and top notch. Located in a quiet beautiful area with accessibility towards the city centre on foot or by tram (the tram stop is right outside the door). It will be the first accomodation I will look for the next time I visit the city.

This is a well outfitted apt. Of modern design and conveniences. The location is extremely convenient to public transportation. There is on premise parking. Our host was extremely engaging and responsive. Very highly recommend this unit.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area and very close to the tram stops. It is newly decorated and well equipped. David is a very responsive and supportive host. We enjoyed Our stay very much.

Living room and bedroom space is quite large and cosy. Elevator.
Shower room and toilet are separated. There can be quite some noise from the apartment upstairs (the ceiling is apparently not made out of concrete.

Maybe some lighter bed linen as the cupboards were also dark so could feel a bit dark in the evenings. Very minor point though

Clean and updated with most needs in the flat. Walking distance to tram, grocery, pharmacies and other conveniences.
A bit outside of tourist zone, but easily reached by tram.

Beautiful flat, very clean and comfortable, very good position, tram and bus stop to reach the center (20') or the European quartier (20') very close. David (the owner) is very kind and helpful.

The flat was clean, comfortable, close to public transport. Having a washing machine was super convenient.
The owner was too attentive. He stopped by the flat to try to meet me and messaged me to ask when I’d be around. As a solo woman traveler, it made me uncomfortable.

Brand new flat with all necessary facilities, quiet and with a nice garden view. Good location in terms of shops and transportation (tram).

This was my second stay and I will come again. If I want to avoid hearing the tram passing by, I will ask for a studio not facing the street.

Excellant place ..very clean and can reach any were in Brussels from this place...tram station just in front of the building..so highly recomanded..David was extra ordinary ..helped with any question asked..will come back here ...special thanks to Robert Rosseels ..he was very good also ..he was very good to Kids..and friendly..
