La posizione è vicinissima alla spiaggia ed ai principali locali di divertimento. Appartamento pulito e profumato, gradevole nella disposizione e alla vista.
Da rivedere alcuni dettagli: la serratura della porta scorrevole che dà nella loggia non chiude, a piano terra.

It was close to clubs and beach..good location
Very dirty rooms..had to complain to get the room cleaned..apparently if u get up late after 2 noon they have no staff to clean the rooms..it’s weird because it’s a party place and guests party until morning 6 am as the best clubs are around…so certainly we will get up late..but need to get back to a clean room…very lazy housekeeping staff ..they come with earpods and pretend they cannot hear when you tell them to change sheets or clean the bathroom..we are not staying for free remember that..receptionist were helpful..but hygiene very very bad..surprised for European standards they can be compared for hygiene to poor underdeveloped countries..

Zimmer geräumig und Sauber. War nur eine Nacht im Hotel, da Flug gecancelt wurde.
Ist zwar gerade an der Strasse, aber hört man kaum, wenn Fenster geschlossen sind!
Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und ebenfalls Security!

Great Location. In the heart of the party scene.
The room was a total health hazard. There was evident water damage to the walls & ceiling and a VERY strong humidity smell. Doors were broken, bathroom flooded every time we used the shower, the A/C was on and off all the time and there was little to no reception service nor was there WiFi.

Great location and pool area was nice. Staff was also super nice!
The Wi-Fi did not reach out room although we were in the first building close to the reception. It seemed to not work for the others either because everyone was standing close to the reception for internet. Unfortunately I hardly had service in the apartment, as soon as I stepped outside the apartment I had 5G. wouldn’t be a problem if the Wi-Fi would have worked properly. That was really a pain.

The location was nice but unfortunately the reason why people book that place was the bora bora beach club who closed a year ago.. so technically thr valur of the place has plummeted. Still it's a couple of minutes away from the top 2 best clubs in Ibiza; meaning ushuaia and Hi Ibiza! Which was nice. Other than the location the appartement was honnedtly mediocre.

I loved everything from the friendly staff to the amazing cleaners doing a top job all the time. Perfect location and I can’t wait to go again
