Motel met our expectations

Beds were way too soft, not a lot of power outlets in the room

The staff was really nice and welcoming. We arrived after the reception closed for the night, but they made sure that we could get our keys smoothly. Breakfast was nice.

There were no curtains, so the sun blinded us and woke us up around 6 am.

Staff was very friendly. Got help to find a pleasant restaurant. Room was excellent. And breakfast included.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good size for the 2 nights. There were chairs to sit on besides the bed so that's always a plus. The breakfast had enough choices and some things changed every day. We had a car so the distance into town wasn't an issue. We always found parking in town. There is parking at the hotel in front of your room.

I forgot to tell reception that the chain for the window shade needs to be repaired. It doesn't track correctly on the pulley.

As I was just passing through, the location is great. Nice staff and great breakfsst. Spatious rooms.

it was cold and rainy ....

Appreciated the big room and bathroom. Bathroom floor was heated. You could drive the car by the door which was great on a rainy day. Breakfast was very good and breakfast area was roomy. Very quiet surroundings. The staff was very helpful, we got good advice about the city.

Bed wasnt very comfy but it was ok when tired enough.

We (the group) have stayed with Sleep2Night for several years when arriving from Europe. We use to make a motorbike-vacation each year. Our last stop is in Helsingör at Sleep2Night. The best of all is the possibility to park just outside your room. The staff has been very helpful, they have cooked for us, and the breakfest is very good and rich, wich is important as we drive from Helsingör towards Stockholm.

Have not found a reason to complain yet.

The bathroom was the cleanest room of the hotel-room. Staff seemed nice enough.

Normally I try to find more positive than negative aspects of my stay but this one really didn’t live up to any expectations. The room was very dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Don’t know when it last saw a vacuum cleaner or a broom. Ants were crawling everywhere, the desk and lamps all had dust layered on top of them. You get the gist of it. Honestly, I expect at least a clean room for about 700.- DKK. That is not a cheap deal at all. The hotel, which can be found in the outskirts of Helsingør, doesn’t have the best connections by bus or train. If you have a car or a motorcycle then it will definitely be easier for you, otherwise plan your arrival carefully so you don’t have to walk too far. I feel really bad writing these things, since I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I was really disappointed. Hope that I just had bad luck this time and the other guest got a better experience.

Easy going motel type of accomodation, lot of space outside between the buildings, and spacy rooms. Cars park in front of the rooms. Excellent Wifi, really impressing breakfast buffet. Perfectly situated to visit the Louisiana and the surrounding villages and slots/castles. We were fully satisfied.

Furniture a little bit outdated, but that actually did not matter as everything else was OK.

The bathroom in the room could have been a little cleaner in the shower area.
