La architectura del hotel fantastica. El hotel es una monada. La decoración muy particular y bien acertada para el estilo de Ibiza. Los detalles del baño y habitación bien. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, cerca del puerto, rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal una maravilla tanto servicial como amable.
El hecho de ser una habitación de interior y que de directamente a un patio donde estan situados los aparatos de aire acondicionado. Hace imposible poder abrir las ventanas.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié les contacts avec le personnel de la réception qui a fait le maximum pour satisfaire mes demandes. le service au bar et pour le petit-déjeuner était également professionnel et sympathique.
la chambre était spacieuse , très confortable et d'une propreté impeccable.
Quant à l'hôtel, c'est une belle bâtisse sur l'une des places principales de la ville, à la jonction du centre historique, du quartier du port et de la ville moderne: l'idéal !
il y a des restaurants offrant une cuisine de qualité à proximité.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am Hafen. Das alte herrliche Gründerzeitgebäude hat eine wunderbare geschmackvolle Fassade. Das Hotel wurde komplett modernisiert und neu geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die warmen Farben und sehr geschmackvollen Innenausstattungen versprühen eine angenehme warme Atmosphäre. Betten sind sehr gut, es ist sauber, Bad war großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Burg ist ein weiterer Highlight. Das Frühstück haben wir auf dem Autofreien Platz einnehmen können. Das im Preis eingeschlossene Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und der Service war perfekt. Überhaupt ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und bemüht sich sehr um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war überhaupt ein großes Problem. Natürlich liegt das Hotel mitten in der quirligen Ibiza-Stadt. Mit den Geräuschen von Autos, Fähren und Menschen haben wir aber auch gerechnet und hat uns hier nicht gestört.
Die Tischreservierungspolitik auf der Dachterrasse, wenn man nur einen Drink nehmen möchte.

The hotel was centrally located and made it easy for us to explore the city, both on foot and by public transport.
I would also like to point out the exceptional service provided by the concierge team. Their recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs were spot on and truly enhanced our stay. All the restaurants that were recommended served delicious food and provided an excellent dining experience. The beach club that was suggested was beautiful and had all the amenities that we were looking for. I felt that that concierge team made a genuine effort to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.
I didn’t have a good experience with a breakfast service…While I appreciated the selection provided, I found that the service was slow and that food quality seemed to suffer when it was busy.
On several occasions, we had to wait a considerable amount of time for breakfast to be served.
Also, On the day of our check-out, we requested the hotel staff to book a private car as we had five pieces of luggage and needed the extra space provided by a vehicle, instead of taking two separate taxis. However, upon leaving the hotel, we discovered that the booking was not made and we were left with no choice but to take two separate taxis, which caused inconvenience since we were travelling with kids.
It is crucial that hotel staff should ensure that they double-check reservations when they are made.

I have been staying at the Experimental for a long time because it is so convenient to be in town when it’s not playa time. over the time I have seen it’s various refurbishments and this one it amazing. absolutely beautiful.
in the evening the restaurant is hopeless but there are so many around. maybe it will get better during the summer.
and valet parking is another €40 per day

great location, lovely a la carte breakfast, large room and great service. the front desk staff was super friendly, the outdoor restaurants was great for breakfast!
the view from the standard rooms is underwhelming (backyard); would have loved to be told about pricing for extra coffees/water at breakfast (it happened to be free but I didn’t know when ordering so was expecting to pay - this may prevent some from ordering another coffee and create a suboptimal experience)

Great stay, If I had known how cool this place was I would have stayed longer but had other plans. they were super helpful and nice, the breakfast was good, the room was very comfy and we had a great view of the city center and the fort. I will come back.

The smell of new in the the air. The very good included sit down breakfast. The great view of Ibiza old town. The friendly front of house staff. The rooms are designed very well.
nit picky but the lighting inside the restaurant is too dark and not particularly inviting preventing more of a buzz.

Staff were very attentive and friendly including the housekeeping team. Breakfast was included in our rate and was super, lots of choice.
Due to it being too early in the season the rooftop bar was closed which was a shame as the weather was beautiful and we would have loved to have enjoyed the space.
