Lovely room with a fabulous bath right at the airport.

We stayed in the Jewel wing which is quite a long walk from reception. Should be fine but when you arrive tired at midnight it seemed long.

Situated right at the airport, makes us feel like travellers right at home! Being near Jewel also allows us a place to shop around indoors. Room is big, can sleep 3 pax and still have ample space to move around. We wiped down the room with sanitary wipes (COVID-19 habit) and none of the wipes came back with dust so the housekeepers really cleaned up the room.

Breakfast could be better, limited options.

The service is amazing, we booked for a night but our flight is at midnight the second day. After checking out, we were offered with luggage storage allowing us to explore Singapore city centre. Besides that’s, there were also changing and showering facilities offered to us when we came back to get our luggage. The location is ideal for international flight travellers as it is situated at terminal 3.

Just all round excellent. We made a very late change by turning up THREE nights early (due to other circumstances) and our needs were accommodated perfectly. We're so delighted to have made the decision to spend more time at the Crown Plaza. What did I most like - the pool.

Maybe ... a bigger TV with some more sound - maybe a speaker closer to the bed.

I ask the front desk agent if I could register my stay at Crowne Plaza Changi as an IHG member with my Krisflyer account in order for me to continue accumulating some mileage but I was told outright without any explanation that it was not possible.

The location was fantastic for us. It was right next to our departure lounge. It was modern and clean.

Hotel seamlessly connected to Changi International Airport terminals making it easy to catch our early morning flight.

Nice room, great bathroom.

Online menus and ordering for room service. Noice audible from neighbouring rooms and passageways. Room not pre-cooled to a comfortable temperature for guest coming from colder climates. It took about an hour for the temperature to become comfortable. Pool closure too early.

Loved that it was right at the airport. Loved that breakfast was included.

Spacious room. Nice breakfast. Convenient sheltered access to Jewel. Polite staff who give eye contact and greet you warmly, be it front desk, housekeeping or restaurant staff 😊

The hotel is wonderful. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant were nicely furnished with ambient lighting. The room was nice and it was great being at the airport for our early flight on the day of check-out. However the “Rack of Lamb” meal was terrible- the meat was not cooked enough (for medium-rare) and the meat was tough. The restaurant and bar prices were high.

The convenience. It had a swimming pool.

They charged for breakfast, but I needed to leave prior to breakfast, so they gave me a takeaway that was poor.

Great convenience for transiting in Singapore

Check in staff took forever to process my check in (10+ minutes) and didn’t communicate why it was taking so long. This wasn’t my experience the last time I stayed, I was in and out with full instructions within 2 minutes of being at the desk.

The manager was excellent! Helped with our concerns, fast! Room service good!

Distance to shops! Difficult to get breakfast in room, didn't expect our free breakfast can't be delivered free to room! TV hard to use..and no music video channels at all..need to use your own phone so need to re charge it regularly more Hassel! Pool door to room to hard to open...9

Wished it had a sauna, jacuzzi or steam room!

It was clean, the bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very helpful

Location and general facilities.

There was no hot water for the one night that we stayed there. At best we had lukewarm water. We did inform the hotel and was fixed somewhat. We did not pursue it further as it was only a night.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations for a business trip. The cleanliness was impeccable, the staff was consistently friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The room offered a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For anyone seeking a top-notch hotel near Changi Airport, I highly recommend this one. I will undoubtedly book this hotel again on my next visit to SIN.
