location next to a mall with plenty of places to eat, and the proximity to an MRT station were massive +++

Quite a bland business chain. Room decor could be more inviting.

It perfectly suited the purpose of my stay which was to await a flight to the UK in reasonable proximity to the airport and in the less humid cooler coastal area than the high humidity hillview area where I had spent the previous three weeks. The shopping / restaurant area adjacent to the Hotel provided a pleasant diversion from the much appreciated calm quiet within the Hotel.

the apparent lack of a self-selection breakfast Servery offering a selection of muesli and other cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk, porridge, toast and as well as a cooked breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausages, cooked tomatoes, tea and coffee. Such a self-service breakfast could be available between fixed times, say 7am -9 am. There is nothing appealing, or indeed comfortable, about having to go into an empty dining room to order and await one’s breakfast as if it were a regular restaurant evening meal.

My booking didnt include Breakfast,, hence unable to rate on that.. Other two 'Room' and 'Location' are excellent.

Cleanliness on 2nd floow tpo;et, wasnt good.. In fact it was smelling bad. Towels - could be a bit perfumed wash, as those twoels were also not very good smelling.

We chose this hotel for one night layover. Excelent location, very polite staff, room was very spaciuos, quite modern, had kitchenware for basic food prep, and clean. We asked for extra bed for out 5 year old, and got it in one hour. Basically in the yard there are shopping mall with couple options for food. We couldnt ask for more :)

Since we asked for extra bed, the price for out entire stay almost doubled. I would say way too much, but its pretty standard in whole singapore. Extra bed around 100 sing dollars.

Está 5 min del aeropuerto y junto a una estación del metro. A lado hay un centro comercial donde puedes encontrar comida . El cuarto es muy grande y tiene todas las amenidades, incluso un filtro de agua.

Accessibility from Changi airport is 1 station stop away / expo / suitable for early morning flight the next day . the design of studio deluxe was great, super spacious , super bright with large glass panels and a warm and welcome feeling enhanced by modern materials blend .

Wonderfully large room, large shower and large television = very comfortable.

Breakfast quite ordinary, suggest a restaurant nearby for meals.

The room and facilities are comfortable and in line with the cost of the room. We only transitted through arriving in the evening and leaving the next morning.

Distance from the airport for a quick stay

I had to stay there owing to a serious medical emergency with a traveling companion been admitted to intensive care at Changi General Hospital. Once her daughters arrived I was awaiting a flight back to NZ so booked 2 nights but was able to fly a day earlier on a cancelation seat. I asked for a refund which was flatly declined then asked if the daughters could stay in my paid room was flatly declined so then asked to have a breakfast using my credit flatly declined again & wanted to charge $49. I found the whole experience at this hotel appalling with no compassion at all shown by any staff member. I know they definitely resold my room so double dipped which is offensive to a New Zealander. I was with a NZ travel agent who will definitely never send any clients to the venue after this shocking experience.

The terrible staff. I was told by the receptionist to book through Booking.com to get a better deal than she could offer me. Effectively she defrauded me !!!!!!

Clean, comfortable, just for overnight.

Location was not near public transport. But we knew that.

Proximity to the airport was great as we arrived late in SG. Room was a good size even after adding an additional bed for my son. The little kitchenette was a surprise and useful.

Perhaps a sliding door between cloakroom and kitchen would be good to help keep cooking smells from clothes. But this was a minor point for us as we didn’t do any cooking.
