The room and beds and pilliws and even the hoyel toiletries were really of a good standard. Eco friemdly, i did not see plastic being used at all! Good stay.

Wir sind mit den Bus Shuttle für 1 Dollar nach Sentosa gefahren. War auch eine gute Idee, da das Shuttle direkt beim Aufgang zum Hotel stehen blieb. Es würde aber auch mit der Seilbahn oder U-Bahn funktionieren. Der Check in war gut aber hat bei zwei Mitarbeitern etwas lange Wartezeit beansprucht. Das Zimmer war sehr gut mit sehr großen TV und auch schönen grossen Badezimmer mit Tropical Shower. Vom Hotel ist man in ca. 5 min zu Fuss in den Universal Studios oder Aquarium. Die Insel Seilbahn ist gleich in der Nähe ca. auch 5 Min vom Hotel. Von dort können die ganzen Aktivitäten wie Stand, Sky Walk, Shows etc. leicht erreicht werden. Vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis auch das günstigste Hotel von allen Hotels auf der Insel. Das heißt aber nicht das auf die Standards verzichtet werden muss. Wir haben im Hard Rock Hotel und anderen die Einrichtungen mitbenutzt auf Nachfragen. Das geht wenn nicht zuviele Gäste.

Es gab nicht sehr viel negatives. Nur der Check In war etwas lang. Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Wir wollten einfach die umliegenden Restaurant und lokale Snack probieren.

lack of services eg… room service. therefore it’s unconventional if we need to eat in the room. we have to get out to buy food in. no proper hotel lobby seating. my in laws had problems walking and had to stand around while checking in. looks a little unprofessional. hotel room air con is noisy at night. not sure why.
