The hotel has a great location. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The infrastructure is dated. The intercom broke down frequently. Hence it was difficult even to order room service. However upon raising a complaint the same was duly resolved on two occasions.

The hotel was so clean and well organised and the breakfast buffet was superb. The room was comfy and quiet and I felt so peaceful in this hotel. I must say that the supervisor lady on the front desk named Gam was extremely helpful and supportive. She made my booking so easy with her outstanding English skills, kindness and professionalism. I actually became a member of the Hilton group as a result of my interactions with Gam. Great job!

I was thrilled with my stay.

Excellent location. Close to sky train and metro stations. Malls also close by and within walking distance. Close to good spots if you want to enjoy the night life. Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast options were quite good and loved the vegetarian options. Polite and courteous staff ! Certainly my preferred choice if I visit Bangkok again.

No complaints whatsoever! Only minor point would be that the corridors towards the rooms were not air conditioned . Quite stifling and musty as you walk towards the room. Not much of an inconvenience.

Location was good. Bathrooms were of a good size and clean.

Hotel is past its prime. Rooms are old and in dire need of an upgrade. For a city like Bangkok which offers great options, this was a property which I felt was over valued for what the room offered. Breakfast buffet was average. One will get much better options in BKK for this price.

Room getting older,

Dejlig værelse med super udsigt, ren og rummelig. Dog var der nogle ting i badeværelse der ikke fungere. Højtalen virker ikke og låst til toilet.

Poolområde var meget lille og placeret i en side hvor der ikke er meget sol. Der er kun liggestole til 5-6 personer.

Good location, great view from the city facing rooms. Room service was prompt and good

1. The wash basin drain was blocked in at least 3 rooms 2218, 2514 and 2516 despite bringing it to the attention the hotel did nothing about it 2. The telephone instruments in 2516 were both not working 3. The shower adjuster was non functional in 2516 4. The handspray near toilet was malfunctioning 5. Despite requests multiple times, we were offered only one tea bag of English breakfast tea 6. There was total confusion at front desk when checking out despite being told previous night to keep things ready as we had an early morning check out The staff can be described as "cheerfully inefficient", especially Mr. June and Mr. Tide

I have to say that the glorious days of the property is long gone. Decor, furnishing, and carpeting definitely is showing its age.

Room furniture especially beds were not upto the mark the corner of bed are dangerous and injured me and my wife

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. They let me have a late checkout and gave me change for the taxi. Staff is lovely.

The location is not central , everywhere i wanted to go was atleast half an hour by taxi. Area outside is nothing great except there is a mall oppposite. The rooms are quite small even though we had a king deluxe and the property is very dated. The shower was very grungy and dirty. I’m sorry but it was a very disappointing experience not five star at all except for the staff.
