the property was very clean and the location was excellent

advertised as a studio with a balcony . there was no balcony and the bed was a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable coffee machine was difficult and noise levels were bad . Early cleaning in other properties were early and noisy . when we called the office to complain about the balcony they were very dismissive sent a dictionary explanation of what a balcony was in Spain .. told us we could move to a room with terrace for an extra 210 euros per night. I have text from the management! The next day we were told it was an extra 10 euro a night .. waited all day to be moved having agreed the 10 euro extra only to be told the room they were offering had now been booked .. totally ruined our mini break and would not recommend

The apartment was clean and nice. They changed the towels and cleaned our room every 2-3 days. And they cleaned the swimming pool really hard every day although the water was still cold and almost nobody swam there. The staff was friendly, replied in WhatsApp and solved our issues super quickly. The location was cool: quiet, sunny place, 2 min walk to beach. We were with my husband, 4.5 months old daughter and my parents. Everybody enjoyed our stay! We even decided to stay for 2 nights more! Highly recommended!

You should pick up your key on the reception of the another hotel. We had many things with us as we came from Barcelona with my 4.5 months old daughter by taxi, so this was a bit uncomfortable to go to one place and then to another one.

Rooms were very clean. Towels were changed often.

It would be nice to have wine glasses and dish wainer. I did not like the noise of landing planes. Also the bicycles require some repairs. Internet could be connected to tv to use Netflix. I was not clear why parking place inside the apartment area is not for free.

great property and lovely location. Bikes to use which was fantastic. Two blocks away from the beach and amenities all within walking distance. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. thank you

I liked the place, it’s very close to the sea, and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. The room was comfortable, everything more or less as expected

It would be good to explain the procedure of registering in the apartment in advance, because I didn’t realise that the administration and the apartment itself are in different places. in the late evening for me and my small daughter it was not so easy to go around and searching for keys. what I didn’t like also is the smell from ventilation as if somebody was smoking, but it occurred during 3 days. oh and the bathroom towel hooks hung upside down, making them useless.

The receptionist was nice and helpful. The area is good.

The noise, the bed was way too small. The clothes were still wet because of the room. There was no salt/pepper...

Nice place, well equipped and in a good area. Family-oriented, most of the guests had kids and the location is good but be aware that the airport is close by so you have a lot of aeroplane noise as they fly over the property. The planes stop around 10pm so it's not a problem at night but it can get pretty annoying during the day.

Spacious balcony and the flat itself. Quite near Barcelona if you are with a car.

Nets on the windows could have been nice. We got bit by mosquitos a lot. Air conditioner had an unpleasant smell so we did not use it. Beds for kids: sofa of two parts- one part going under other, that means that one of the kids slept you can say on the floor. For the price we paid one should not expect that. No TV in the bedroom. We wathced Eurovision on Youtube. Wi fi was gone on the last day of our visit.

Private gated parking, private outside area to sit. quietness, complimentary bikes and books to read/use. The beach was a 2 minute walk. The apartment was clean and fresh.
