Good location and big spaces

Not super clean, and they wouldn't allow us the leave the luggage in the deposit after 4pm on checkout day

The location-close to the airport.

The heating system did not work, so it was really cold at night. On top of that, there were no blankets, just some sheets to use as cover. Also, there was no parking available, although it had been part of the deal.

it’s near location to the beach was great. vending machine made great hot chocolate. lobby was light and airy.

The shower tray leaked water all onto the floor. constant drilling, banging. maintenance staff in and out of our apartment looking for water leaks. No staff at the facility. as it was closed, this wasn’t specified. A long walk to a second hotel to check in with two huge cases. cold only a blanket. even with the heating it was cold. swimming pool unclean.

Very quite place to stay to relax. Closer to the beach and has few shops around. Regular public transport to connect to the airport or city centre. Nice restaurants around. The flat needed a deep cleaning as the floor was very dusty . Otherwise I had a good time. Would go back again

I liked the fact that they changed my room with no problem. The first night the room did not have the balcony I had requested and was on the street side which was very noisy.

lots of ants, these were everywhere even in the bed. dirty floor upon arrival. have various pictures to prove all this. also other tenants very rude and banging on our door. both have been bitten really badly and also have pictures to prove mess and bites. furthermore, pool was filthy and never once was cleaned throughout stay. pots and pans dirty, had mould had to re wash. were going to complain when checking out, however nobody was at desk

Got first apartment with AC that’s not working. I had to sleep the first night without AC. The maintenance guy told me that the AC is centrally controlled, the thing which I found out later that it was not true. Last day I found a big supermarket that’s 300m from the hotel which the receptionist didn’t know/tell me about.

Location is great, 5 minutes from the beach. Dmitry was very helpful in helping us and was very friendly as well as other staff. Also appartent was clear and towels were changed. Also some small renovations were taken care during our stay. Dear hosts, Below are things which you should correct and which we did not like: 1) clearly state in your description on Bookings.com and other platforms about the conditions of your apartments. Our appartment was very different and dissappointed from what we saw on Bookings.com. Least to say that you are risking getting banned from the platform if you do not correct description to honestly describe what you have. 2) If your appartments are of different conditions (which they are) you should say it on Bookings.com! Your customers should be aware of what they are booking! I understand that probably not all apartments are of poor conditions, so make split in your system. Maybe better appts should cost more than poor ones? Maybe smth else... Again, you risk of being banned from the platform for incomplete and inaccurate information, and be honest with your customers if you want them to come back to you. 3) Our appt number 117 was in the building facing street with the bus stop. This appt and probably others facing street has basically no soundproofing: when you close the windows it is almost the same as they are opened. If you want to sleep at night, it is not easy: you can hear every car and moto passing by and every person talking and walking. We know that apartments facing pool are better, because they face closed yard.

(Continuation from above) 4) The sofabed in our apartment is probably 30-50 years old. It is durty with spots, with old dirt from years of use. When you make a bed from the sofa dirt is also inside from the year of use (which can't be cleaned). All parts are moving by themselves with a lot of noise. When you sit on the "legs side" the bed it starts turning over with you, because the legs which should keep it are probably not working properyou put pillows there, but sofa pillows there but this is obviously not the way out). You should discard it and put a new one. You can buy a new one in Ikea for 350 eur. This is a shame to have such garbage furniture in appt. 5) The main bed creaks with every movement, also needs to be replaced. 6) Rubber isolation on our windows was not fixed to the window itself. Seems to be very old. Need replacement. 7) In the shower there is a lot of mold, probably it cannot be cleaned due to oldness. Also taps in the shower are rust and green in some places. Need replacement. 8) Sink in the bathroow: at least taps need replacement, because it is rusted and green. 9) Entrance door to appt is thin with bad soundproofing. If someone makes noise in corridor outside appt you can hear everything. 10) Not nice to charge 3 eur per every use of washing machine. Also dryer is not working properly, it takes much longer to dry things then it shows on the screen. Overall I think appt 117 need complete renovation. We had good time during our stay because of the beach, weather and staff, but appt itself was very dissappointing. Not worth value paid.

The cooking equipment varies from apartment to apartment, but staff will give you what is missing

Good location, close to the beach. 20 min walk to the train station. The room was old and not so clean.

Cleaning the room, refreshing the equipment. if you like to sleep with open window it'd be difficult - not quiet. When we arrived after 10pm we had to walk less than 10 minutes with the laguages to get the keys to the room. Code system will be much better!
