Pools, Brekky, Staff were phenomenal, photo shoot is a must

Perfect place for families. This was our second time here and would for sure go back again. Close to everything if Kuta is your thing.

Great hotel with many incredible amenities. Pool area is amazing with sandy area, pool bar, slides, mini water park and rentals. Kids club was very good and helpful however not included in the booking price as other resorts. Breakfast was okay with good variety of food. Area is good for walking but keep in mind is very congested in the afternoons to drive.

Didn’t like they take a deposit per night but at the end they fully refund which takes 7 days and instead they charge you again for anything consumed. It is not mindful for those with limited credit card limits. New year dinner wasn’t as expected. End up in a very far away table and food in general wasn’t tasty and it was in general cold.

Para mi sorpresa cuando fuimos a hacer uso estaban cerradas por mantenimiento. Nadie me aviso ni me ofrecieron cancelacion por eso. Cuando fui a quejarme nadie me compenso. Pague un hotel carisimo y no pude hacer uso de sus instalaciones. El resto de cosas que aparecen en las fotos va por dias y son de pago. Bastante caro como para que te cobren por todos los servicios. NO REPETIRIA

This is an oer the top child family friendly hotel no doubt. The loud intrusive continual metal banging of countless birthday celebrations that the staff are forced to do ruin the peace of every breakfast.

Perfect hotel for families. You don’t have to leave your hotel if you don’t want to. There is so much to do for the kids. They have a doctor on site which we used and was fantastic.

早餐种类还可以，不过不大适合中国胃😀房间不大，还算整洁，工作人员很热情。最赞的是泳池，很不错，还有小孩子的游乐设施，可以玩上一整天，很适合亲子游！总体还行吧，物有所值！😀

没找到酒店里做Spa的地方，有点遗憾😉

Pool: Kids pool inside the pool there is step which is quite deceiving and dangerous. It is only one side of them not other side. I hurt my self twice or thrice, and have been kids trying to run and fall as it is not visible that there is step there.

great location and amazingly friendly staff. The breakfasts were outstanding and pools were awesome for everyone.

On leaving and waiting for our taxi (arranged by hotel), the staff seemed to disappear. We had no idea the taxi was waiting for us until we asked the staff were it was. We then discovered the taxi had been waiting for us for 20mins.

I love the hotel so much that i will definitely come back to visit. I love the facilities in the hotel, all the staffs in the hotel made a great impact during my stay. It's an excellent service!

the property is great but beware the beach is very polluted with plastic which is just across the road. not the hotels fault and this is a good way to spend time and avoid the messy beach!

The hospitality was great and all the staff were very good. The chef did prepare kids food on request.

It didn't have a private beach. Even the premium room balcony has just standing balcony.

Pool was massive, lots of different areas to swim and activities to join in, rooms were a good size and very clean.

Breakfast was very chaotic though lots of options. Kids club was expensive considering the day my sun went they did nothing. He watched a movie and YouTube and played a board game. The kids club staff were lovely but don’t think I’d bother again.

the hotel was ugly and gimmicky. I expected it to be beautiful or luxurious for the price but it was nothing but that. Fridge in room didn’t work. the pool was great for the kids but as you walk to the pool you could smell pooh through the filters. Disgusting! The breakfast buffet was average. Nothing special about the food. You aren’t allowed to bring your own food or drinks around the pool. Their food is average and very over priced. outside the hotel you get harassed by the locals. They follow you trying to pressure you to buy.

We loved the pools, the live band every night and the kids clubs

The accounting side of things soured our experience at the end. We paid cash for 2 food & beverage purchases by the pool. Unfortunately we did not have the receipt for 1 of the transactions so they refused to cancel the bill even though we did not leave a deposit for room charges. The staff claimed that they charged our room anyway, which is a complete contradiction to what we were told poolside in that 'No deposit, we cannot charge to your room, please pay now'.
