The resort has great green areas and it is good located. You find the beach directly in front of the resort. They offer different activities like gym, yoga, water polo in the pool and cycling. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast extraordinary.

Our biggest minus is that you only get 2 small bottles of water per day for free (300ml each). All other cheaper hotels had unlimited water supply. The shower was very uncomfortable, since it was too small and the height not enough for taller persons. The room was big enough, but nothing extraordinary.

Generály overpriced. Luckily within 10 minutes walk there Is a large shopping Area with plenty of restaurants with normal proces. AC in thé room works badly. Regadless an attempt of fixxng it by hotel mechanics we were freezing or hot and wet. There Is high sea level diference due to a tide. It results in impossibilty to swim in thé sea fór many ours a day.

The area and the garden is really beautiful and nice

The room has absolutely nothing to do with design or comfort (even the trash bin was only one in the bathroom), the pillows were bulky and not comfortable at all, the whole style is really crying for redesign, there is nothing beautiful in this room and it’s so overpriced. The staff is friendly but when we checked we were told that they don’t have same room we booked through booking and only the one that’s 2 times more expensive. Though we still saw on the booking that they had the room we booked. So we have booked it. Next thing we had some activity with kids that we have paid and my daughter went there by herself and the staff sent her off saying that she didn’t pay and she’s not allowed there, she told them the room number and the surname and instead of checking their list they sent her off and made her cry!!! And when I came and checked their list there it was our room number and just 20 other people there, so how hard is it to check the list and not to make a children cry??? They don’t have enough staff in the pool area and in the restaurants too we were told that we would have to wait one hour for our order. The sunbed they have around the pool have metallic base and it’s just unsafe to touch it. Because you can actually have a burn from them! They have cinema for kids but don’t have decent speakers and it’s absolutely impossible to understand anything from them.

The rooms are old and need updating (which I believe will be happening later this year). The staff weren’t attentive and seemed very uninterested. The prices of food and beverage (if you managed to be served) were very expensive. Waited 30 mins for poolside service that never arrived.

Die Gartenanlage und die Lobby sind sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das Putzpersonal ist sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr alt und erfüllen die heutigen Standards nicht mehr. Unser Zimmer hat extrem nach Schimmel gerochen. Die Dusche in der Badwanne, die Qualität der Wasserarmaturen, die Möbel, der Boden sind geschätzt vor 15-20 Jahren zuletzt aktualisiert worden. Das Zimmer als auch beispielsweise die veralteten Fitnessgeräte entsprechen nicht mehr den heutigen Standards. Das Personal in den Gastrobereichen ist mehrheitlich sehr schlecht und für Bali ungewöhnlich schlecht gelaunt. Um die Aufmerksamkeit des Gastropersonals zu gewinnen muss man aufstehen oder ein Feuerwerk starten. Jeder der auch nur einmal ausserhalb des Hotels gegessen hat, sieht den Unterschied in der Freundlichkeit des Personals umgehend! Wir haben in der Stadt als auch im benachbarten Hotel, wo das Gastropersonal soviel positiver und freundlicher war.

Tolles Personal. Sehr gutes Essen. Sehr schöne Anlage. Leider entspricht der Strand nicht nur unseren Erwartungen.

The location of the resort is great. The rooms are clean. The gardens are immaculate. The beach is nice. Close to Bali Collection. Love Nusa Dua in general.

Our stay got off to a rough start. Upon arrival, we were met with a strong mold odor in our first room. While the staff did move us, the replacement felt like a downgrade from our initial booking. Frankly, after this initial inconvenience, we would have expected at least a comparable room, if not an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. It was the least impressive we encountered on Nusa Dua Beach, falling short of other hotels like Sofitel and Westin. To make matters worse, the automatic coffee machines were inexplicably removed from the restaurant. Management's explanation that they couldn't handle demand seemed illogical, especially since we'd witnessed them function perfectly during a previous stay. Adding another machine would have been a simple solution. Their absence made getting coffee a frustrating morning ritual, especially considering the inattentiveness of some F&B staff who were often socializing behind the stations. The quality of the in-room amenities left much to be desired. They felt cheap and inadequate, prompting us to purchase our own at Sensatia in Bali Collection.

it is a beautiful setting and great location. we really enjoyed the Level benefits, especially cocktail hour! the staff were very friendly and accommodating. our host Yudi was incredibly helpful, especially when my son was sick. The leisure activities on offer were great and there were plenty of sun beds near the pool. the spa was amazing too.

The only thing I could pick on is the selection of food on offer at the pool and beach restaurant are not the best. That’s all!

Giardino stupendo crea un ambiente piacevole circondato da piccoli stagni con papere, pavoni scoiattoli e altri animali. Buona posizione all'interno di una zona riservata solo ai vari resort.

Struttura fatiscente e obsoleta, tutto risale a 30 anni fa senza essere mai ristrutturato. Ha veramente deluse le nostre aspettative, non risponde agli standard di un hotel a 5 stelle, al massimo può essere considerato un 3 stelle. Appena arrivati in camera ci siamo resi conto dell'errore fatto a scegliere questo hotel, avevamo già pagato altrimenti saremmo andati via, la stanza era talmente umida che dalle mura grondavano gocce d'acqua, i mobili si presentavano vecchi e molto usurati, l'armadio con un odore di muffa, abbiamo subito chiesto un'altra stanza. La seconda stanza si presentava un po' meglio ma con delle tende completamente sporche, è inaccettabile presentare delle stanze così in un hotel che dovrebbe essere a 5 stelle e pagando per un servizio come se lo fosse. Per quanto riguarda la colazione più che un buffet sembrava una mensa, troppo affollato e i cibi non venivano riforniti, se arrivavi tardi non trovavi quasi niente. I ristoranti per pranzo e cena sono un disastro, ogni volta devi letteralmente alzarti dal lettino o da tavola per rincorrere il personale per ordinare, menu con pochissima scelta con prezzi troppo cari e cibo non affatto buono, attese lunghissime con ordinazioni continuamente sbagliate, alla fine siamo stati costretti a mangiare sempre fuori alla struttura. Ogni volta che ordini qualcosa ti ricordano sempre che devi pagare come se questa non fosse una cosa scontata, è un comportamento alquanto ridicolo per un ospite del loro albergo. Piscina troppo affollata di bambini con animatori tutto il giorno, come in ogni hotel a 5 stelle dovrebbero esserci due piscine, una per adulti e una per bambini. Se hanno tante recensioni a 5 stelle e perché se le comprano, chiedono recensioni in cambio di servizi che altrimenti ti fanno pagare, abbiamo chiesto di estendere il check out di un'ora e ci e stato detto che sarebbe costato 30 dollari oppure gratis se avessimo lasciato una recensione di 5 stelle, ovviamente ho pagato.

Uno de los mejores Meliá y cinco estrellas en general que he conocído. Excelente calidad, excelente atención y la noche de Navidad ofrecieron un buffet insuperable. Si puedo hacer una pequeña crítica, fuera de lo que está incluido en la tarifa, los restaurantes son excesivamente caros en relación a otros y la comida no es gran cosa. Por cierto, la playa es maravillosa.

Los restaurantes multiplica por cinco el precio de un restaurante bueno en Bali.

The pools, private beach and multiple restaurants were all beautiful. Every single member of staff were so kind and genuine. The staff go beyond to make your holiday incredible, they are a dream team. Breakfast is wonderful, especially for GF.

Leckeres Frühstück, leckerer Kaffee und Kuchen, leckeres Essen in der Strandbar (zum Essen siehe Kommentar unten). Eine wirklich sehr schöne, toll angelegte Anlage mit tollem Gym und noch weiteren Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Mit ca. 30 Minuten Entfernung mit Auto vom Flughafen auch angenehm zu erreichen. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Spa Bereich. Chillen am Strand war super schön.

Meine Frau und ich waren nach einem beruflichen Aufenthalt in Jakarta auf Bali, um etwas auszuspannen. Das Hotel an sich ist, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr schön. Allerdings ist es eine Clubanlage die entsprechend besucht ist. Uns was das beim Frühstück etwas zu voll, in der Anlage verläuft es sich dann aber. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal für diesen Zweck ein kleineres Hotel wählen. Ansonsten fanden wir die Betten zu hart und uns hat gestört, dass es keine Walk-In Dusche gab sondern nur eine Badewanne zum Duschen. Das Essen (abgesehen vom Frühstück) war nach unserem Empfinden sehr teuer für das, was man bekommt. Geschmacklich und qualitativ völlig ok aber halt auch nicht mehr. So haben wir für 1 schwarzen Kaffee, 1 Milchkaffee und 2 Stück Kuchen fast 20 EUR bezahlt. Die Kuchenstücke waren dabei aber sehr überschaubar. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Halb- oder Vollpension ist das Melia Nusa Dua aber sicherlich toll. Als weiteres Manko haben wir den Strand (zum Baden) empfunden. Optisch toll, aber im Wasser sehr viele Steine, so dass man barfuss schlecht baden bzw durchs Wasser gehen kann. Mit Badeschuhen ist das aber kein Problem.

Everything was amazing! I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing the experience at Melia was. The staff were always so kind and attentive, especially Gung De from housekeeping who was always leaving a beautiful surprise in our room. The food was also delicious. I will be dreaming about the almond croissants from breakfast for a long time. The pictures online of the hotel don’t do it justice. It is way more beautiful in person. The gardens are a dream. It is a magical place. I highly recommend it.

as I saw happening in other Melia facilities, the breakfast is abundant but the quality can definitely be improved

1. Hotel services and staff are great. They respond to our request within amazingly short time. 2. The atmosphere and views are great in hotel. They also offer great variation of activities for people love sports and for kid. You can see they put a lot of heart and effort in the resort. * It would be a perfect stay and I would come back again if not having the below two problems during our stay.

1. The room was in extremely low temperature 15 dgree with aircon when we reach hotel at night, while outside it is 23 degree. We felt very cold and turn off aircon. However it was way too cold, my 1 year daughter start to have fever and cough since first night and still not recovered after we come back home. My mom also has fever because of this. We had very difficult time taking care of sick baby and elderly. Every time after cleaning service (at the last day, it seems to be the aircon problem), the room temperature went back super low agin and we need to open all window and door to make room warm for long time so that my sick baby are not getting worse. 2. We stay in family room with a loft layout where the main bed and bathroom upstairs, other beds and balcony are downstairs. The wooden floor of upstairs are very old and create big noises when we walk or even just turn on the bed. This makes everyone cannot sleep well at night.
