Location was perfect to have walks in the evening. Pool was great. Staff was very friendly.

Balcony was a little bit dirty and pigeons were frequently coming by.

Location is perfect right on the water. Pool is very nice with great views. Size of the 2 bedroom apartment was adequate for 3 adults and 2 small children, and the apartment had a balcony with great views of the water.

The apartment wasn’t very easily accessible with stroller and luggage without using the stairs. There was an elevator for one set of stairs but there was another set of stairs from the street with no elevator. The elevator was also broken during most of our stay. You have to throw the trash out around the building, kind of far from the apartment, there is no cleaning service to take the trash. The building also needs maintenance. The kitchen lights didn’t work and the bathroom flooded due to a leak.

Excellent location and view. The pool is definitely a major advantage but the pool schedule could be longer.

The hotel does not offer parking facilities, even if you are their client and park your car in front of the hotel you have to pay for the parking spot. The hotel definitely needs a refurbish, the bathroom looks quite old, with mold in the shower corners and exfoliated doors. More attention for the cleaning service would be welcomed, there was hair from the previous guests in the bathroom and all over the room, she sheets were clean but old. Overall, the hotel is too expensive for the services they provide.

The location is more than great, the pool is wonderful.

Very comfortable and spacious apartments right at the port of Balchik.

Parking is not provided by the hotel but by other entity and needs to be paid additionally which is not immediately evident when you check the listing.

Some of the facilities need to be upgraded, the shower in one of the bathrooms ineeds to be changed and the drains need to be cleaned as the water doesn’t drgo down the drain

New-ish rooms & aparts with a prime perch overlooking the Black Sea, the promenade & restaurants. 10 minute walk to beautiful Balchik Palace & Gardens. Swimming pool & location are hands down the best features here. Because of their pidgin poop problem, Management eventually moved us to a less poopy room. They’re nice, they’re trying, but it was a hassle & it took a while for them to understand we didn’t want a downgraded room as a substitute.

It’s a shame they’re losing their battle with pidgins, at least in the rooms we were given. Avoid Rooms A102 & B501 because of piles of pidgin poop left behind by birds living over the patio space & in window wells. See pictures—it’s a GROSS health problem. Even though they cleaned the balcony, it was filthy within the hour. Management says they’ve tried dealing with birds, and they obviously need to try again. No, hanging a DVD on a string off a balcony isn’t working. Also clean up all the piles of poop that have been accumulating for ages in window wells. Not great. Except for all the pidgin poop, parking is a hassle, and the place is strangely poorly designed with unfriendly stairs en route to all elevators, rendering suitcases with wheels & baggage trolleys useless. There IS a luggage ramp leading up the entrance steps but it’s blocked by permanently parked motorcycles.🤷‍♀️ Clearly standards are different here.

Nice location, sea view, there is a paid parking close to the hotel. Clean room, with all that is needed.
