It was overpriced for what the room which was dated

Location was perfect and breakfast was good.x

Only one lift working so had to wait ages for lift. We had to ask for air conditioning to be switched off in room. Food menu was very expensive. Bar was a temporary set up due to refurbishment. Swimming pool not open. Pillows were too soft no support.x

The room was okay, clean & comfortable. The shower worked well and was set at a nice, steady temperature. Breakfast better than I expected. Overall it was okay, though I thought it was overpriced for what they offer.

There are no signs at the entrance to direct costumers to reception. Basically you enter an empty space with escalators to the left, and wonder if you are in the wrong place. A simple sign with an arrow to take the escalators would help. Reception and lobby are on the third floor, and once you find it, it's okay. The lobby was a bit too cold for my linking.

Location was great, rooms were very clean but very basic, only freeview on tv, tea and coffee facilities were a bonus, staff very welcoming great job everyone

Rooms very outdated and AC didn’t work.

From a location perspective it’s close to the train station and it’s in the city centre. Service for the breakfast is amazing.

We can hear every noise from the outside and hallway.

I now stay here everytime I come to Leeds for work. It’s the only hotel I will stay at as its value for money, great location, clean room with everything I need for 1-2 night stay and a lovely breakfast !

The lift was painfully annoying. Going to all floors and past the floor you were on. Staff also didn't inform us we needed to swipe the card to access guest floors

Breakfast choice was good and plenty of variety. Everything was clearly labelled.

Had evening meal that was over priced and not the best quality. Also they added a large service charge onto the bill without advising or asking if it was ok to do so. I had this removed when I booked out of the hotel the next day.

Central to everything and easy to find after travelling up from Hampshire. All the staff were really friendly and very professional. The rooms were very clean,tea/coffee,iron,ironing board and all the toiletries are provided.

Was surprised that there wasn’t a little/mini fridge in room to keep the bottled water/drinks nice and cold.

The location, room size was decent.

There is a horrific sewage smell when you enter the hotel they try to cover with a scent. They also never refunded me my £50 room deposit and there wasn’t any reason for them not to. Very disappointing.

As soon as you entered from street level, there was a strong smell of sewers. Everyone was commenting on it. Lots of work going on in the restaurant and bar area but hadn’t been advised of this in advance. Noisy hotel, could hear everything from corridors and being situated near the lift made it worse. Our bedroom was so hot and nothing to turn it down to cool.

Lots of choice, well presented and clean environment

Location was ideal and the bathroom was very nice, good shower.

Think the kettle may have had some dirt on the inside as the tea in the morning had a strange almost burnt taste to it but that’s all.

Awesome location

Full of drunk people, there was a party in the room next door, prank knocking at our door at 2am, walls are think so if you’re close to elevator, anyone walking past your room will wake you up

nothing except for its location.

one of the rooms has a broken air condition. when they have been informed about it, they took around two hours to give us another room which is low-grade. literally we spend several hours to sort this out. Even the room we have been transferred to has a bad air conditioner. secondly, they have bad room services. we called to get ice and we have been neglected until we went to get it ourselves. the receptionists are not answering phone calls. to get something, we need to walk from floor 12 to 3 to ask them for what we want. we paid for a 5 star stay but I won’t even give it 3 stars.
