Location, size and quality of accommodation. I had stayed there before. Great cooked breakfast buffet (veggie option available).

Nothing really. Hotel WiFi signal in my room was weak but on this occasion I didn’t need it.

Loved the location and all the staff were really helpful, welcoming and cheerful. The room was pitch black and very quite at night as well so had a brilliant nights sleep.

it’s a bit pricey (but so are all hotels in Leeds). the breakfast could be a bit more international, with for example fruits, plain yoghurt, cheese.

Our room was excellent,large comfortable bed. Decent size room, the full English was very good the staff were great and very helpful. Very good location for headingley stadium and centre. Lots of bars and restaurants around. But tucked away and quiet.

Only thing I would change is the amount of stairs. We were on the second floor, the stairs run up the centre of the house which is stunning. But each floor has 3 small flights of steps. Worth thinking about if you have mobility issues.

Staff were very polite on arrival, the hotel was very smart and gave a brilliant first impression. Our room was a good size, very comfortable bed and very good refreshments (tea,coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits). Onsite parking was very good. A good buffet selection at breakfast and tasted great. Will book again when next in Leeds. Thank you

Lovely cosy hotel brilliantly located staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Greta location for easy access to Headingly Stadium. The Hotel is comfortable if a little quaint. Staff were very accommodating and answered any questions or requests we had quickly and professionally. Great breakfast!

Property is somewhat old-fashioned although very clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Little gem in a busy city and great quiet location with parking just off the main road. Will use again.
