Condo very clean. Easy checkin. Easy directions to follow. Wish they had more towels in bathroom was my only complaint. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place. Would stay again

Tbhis was our second time staying at this property. We have been very comfortable and enjoyed esch visit,being clost to family.

Everything was ok, just wish the weather was nicer. This was just for my husbands eye surgery.

Travel time to downtown Tampa averaged about 25 minutes. Linen was unavailable for third person in our group but that was quickly resolved. I may not have realized when registering but we were charged an additional $40 for having a third person.

Clean, quiet, relaxing and close to golf course!

Perfect size condo for the 3 weeks I was there, close to shopping and restaurants. And an easy ride to the airport. Very clean

Condo was clean and spacious. All essentials were provided. Check-in/checkout process was very easy. Complex was in a convenient location and quiet. Would definitely stay there again for future trips to visit our family/friends there. Totally enjoyed our stay there!

Good location to visit with family living near there and the grand children loved the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Katherine’s property. The house was very clean and accommodating it was also close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Katherine responded to all of my messages in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her property. She’s an excellent host

very nicely appointed property - clean and well appointed kitchen. Bed was comfortable and unit was quiet. The only thing I would add is that a grab bar in the tub would be helpful.

We enjoyed the condo. It is very clean, easy to find and close to attractions. Sandy and Tom left great brochures and recommendations for restaurants. They give pertinent information of the surrounding area. They really thought of all possibilities. The condo is in a nice neighborhood and has a lovely pool and clubhouse. All our needs were met.

This was the perfect VRBO for a special mother/ daughter trip. We loved everything about our stay!!! The owner was super responsive and attentive to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area out back was a special treat as well as the pool. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Cleanest condo I’ve stayed at. Great kitchen. Very good communication with owners when asking questions. They even text to see if we made it ok! When we checked out they sent safe travel wishes. ❤️ so thoughtful!

Convenient location off I-75. Quick access to Apollo Beach.

Was very clean, and perfect for our trip. Operable kitchen, and the fact there was a lockbox for the key meant we could both come and go without worrying about who had the key and whether each of us could do our own separate thing, and yet still have access to the condo at will. Very convenient.

Everything was very clean. Location near a park and also easily accessible to library and stores. I struggled with learning the streaming TV and would have appreciated the mgr coming to help.

The place was very clean and just perfect for a single or couple. My daughter and I stayed there for my family thanksgiving and it was only a couple of miles away.

Quiet neighborhood and enough space for my family of 3. Place seemed cleaned but had an older smell to it and felt a little out dated with furniture. Overall was happy and did the job.

We enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very quiet and clean. We felt comfortable there. We used the pool everyday.

Condo had everything you might need while away from home just as pictured. My only thoughts would be to mention it is a bit outdated furnishing-wise. The counter and table seating were high and it was difficult for myself as a short person to get comfortable in these areas, I also felt the sofa by the TV was uncomfortable because the cushions slide forward very easily. But my favorite spot was the futon sofa, I believe it was a futon, in the area closer to the kitchen counter. Unfortunately, we had a health issue arise and could not stay the entire time which unfortunately, was not a refundable situation but in general the place was worth the cost to be in that location.

No problems. Pleasant stay as always. This is my second or third time at this property & it's always great. Thank you!

Great place

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We will likely stay here again next time we are in town. Upon check in, we notified the property manager of some items that we noticed and communicated those items so that we were not responsible for them. The owners were already aware. All instructions were in a binder in the condo. We did take our trash out and wash the towels as a courtesy based on previous reviews. They had dish soap, utensils, paper plates, an additional roll of TP and paper towels. The bed was comfortable. The location is great with a hospital around the corner. Check in/out was easy. Thanks Tom and Sandy! We will probably be booking again soon!

I loved everything about the place and hope to stay there again next year

The check in process went good. Talked to the owner texted me the Info since we were close by. And From the moment we parked and got into the condo. We felt a sense of peace. My sis and I felt like we were at home and so relaxed. The only down fall are the bathroom door- you have jimmy rig it to completely close. And the bedroom didn’t close good. But we managed. Loved the fact that they had simple things in the pantry/ fridge. Like ketchup, oil, etc. we both loved it there and we’ll definitely plan a trip back.
