Hotel is close to the underground station. The room was clean and comfortable. Nicest thing is the hotel staffs, were all friendly and helpful both at reception and the restaurant. Especially we got a nice reception by Sujata who was so welcoming and would absolutely want to commend. Breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel was very nice especially the restaurant and the food! The staff were also lovely.

The room we were staying at 024 had an extremely unpleasant smell making it hard to be in the room for long or sleep but as we were only there to get ready and leave it was manageable. It smelt like mould from damp flooring you could clearly see and feel were the smell was coming from as that part of the carpet was darker than the rest. The bathroom also had the same smell however no clear mould was seen.

Reservei meia pensão para 1 casal e 2 teenegers, o Hotel recusou-se a servir refeições de adultos aos meus filhos, dizendo que se tratavam de crianças, quando no menu que entregavam diziam expressamente que o menu de crianças era dos 01 aos 11 anos, quando os meus filhos têm 13 e 14. Fomos humilhados em frente aos restantes hóspedes como se quiséssemos comer algo que não temos direito. Os funcionários todos se protegiam e não resolveram a situação. O gerente de sala era uma pessoa agressiva e de mau trato. A única solução que encontrei foi receber o reembolso de 2 refeições referente a 4 noites para não ter de estar a passar por isto toda a minha estadia, ficou por reembolsar os jantares dos meus filhos. Vergonhoso o que se passou, nunca em 50 anos tive num Hotel desta qualidade. Não aconselho a ninguém. Ao pequeno almoço tudo racionado não há qlq variedade de produtos, até se pedirem queijo vem um prato com 4 fatias

I liked how calm and friendly the staff are, as well as how accommodating they were. The room had a nice bed and shower with water that wasn’t afraid to get hot. Definitely would come back again.

Ontbijt was prima, niet overdadig, alleen jammer dat het pancake apparaat het maar 1 dag gedaan heeft. Omgeving is troosteloos, maar wel super fijn dichtbij de metro.

Poor house keeping

Sijainti oli loistava ja metroaseman läheisyys helpotti liikkumista todella paljon. Hotellilta metroasemalle on alle 100m. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja asiakkaat huomioonottavia. Erityisesti iso kiitos ravintolan henkilökunnalle, joiden asiakaspalvelu oli kiitettävällä tasolla. Hotellissa oli ison hotellin tuntua ja se oli kaikin puolin siisti ja raikas. Huoneesta löytyi säilytyslokero, silityslauta sekä pieni jääkaappi sekä vedenkeitin pikakahveineen ja teepusseineen.

Hyvin vähän oli mitään mistä en olisi pitänyt, mutta… - joitain pieni huoltotoimia olisi hyvä tehdä varsinkin vesikalusteiden osalta. - Käsisuihku puuttui WC-tilasta ja samoin WC-harja. - Huoneen ilmastointi on todella tehokas ja sen joutui säätämään joka päivä uudelleen, että huoneessa ei olisi ollut liian kylmä.

The cooling devices in all the rooms do not work and more than one room was changed, but to no avail. I could not sleep all night. It is not worth the money. 139 pounds. Is it possible? It is not worth even 50 pounds sterling to spend a night. A discount is just a lie to the customers. I do not advise and will not book again. I am upset at this moment. I informed the person in charge of the reception that I will write an article for bad service and bad management in everything. I do not recommend it. It is a building that lacks everything in order for it to become a decent hotel.
