I did not have a breakfast but the room was amazing!

It will be good to have more USB ports and Tv remote control is a bit confusing.

Falta tomada no banheiro. Tem que ligar o secador no quarto.

I like the room sizes the walk-in showers and bed size. The mirrors and natural sunlight as well as the position. The staff is also very professional and kind.

The efficiency, friendly staff, spacious room, fresh flower arrangements throughout the public areas, as well as keeping the front exterior of the hotel neat & tidy. This was our 3rd stay, it's a great hotel.

The endless pre-arrival emails! Particularly the one which stated 'your time is running out to check in'! Sorry, but I refuse to give out private data via my unsecured phone! I had to call the hotel on the morning of our arrival to ask if we were okay to check in at the desk! The receptionist and management allayed my concerns. The view of the unmaintained hotel terrace garden.

The room was spacious enough. The staff were friendly. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. The cafe/restaurant serves really good food (though the quantity could be a bit more, for the price).

The location of the hotel itself is quite outside the city center. This might be a constraint especially if you are a tourist. The bathroom did not have even basic stuff like dental kit.
