Location was ok and the apartment was nice . Staff went out of their way to help .

We had a massive pluming problem in our unit and had to demand that we were given another unit . The first one they tried to give us was tiny and next to the lift and I then had to argue with the manager to find us one that was equal to the one we booked . She was helpful and did find one but it should of been handled alot better .

La ubicación es lo mejor, te permite ir andando a muchísimos sitios del centro de Londres,amplio , cómodo,limpio y calentito. Recomendable 100%, sin duda volveré

Lekker ruim appartement, ook voor gezin van 4 personen. Fijne locatie t.o.v. het OV. Fraai uitzicht op de London Eye...(bovenkant:-) Verder van alle gemakken voorzien, was/droogautomaat is zeer prettig!! Buurtsuper om de hoek.

Weinig eigenlijk....een balkon was wel lekker geweest. Matras van de slaapbank zo iets dikker/comfortabeler mogen.

The location is good, nearby the underground.

From the first night, the hot water supply in the room I stayed in was only enough for 3 people to take a shower every night, and we had 6 people staying. The front desk only arranged for a technician to check on the third day and said that it was a problem with the boiler setting. After resetting, there was still not enough hot water supply that night. The obvious problem was the water storage tank rather than the boiler. I don't understand why such important equipment is not regularly checked and maintained.

The location and environment. The rooms are decent size.

The extra charges for just checking in earlier was really unnecessary. Around the world check in usual around 1pm and check out is 12. If a guest comes early that should be a plus not an opportunity to exploit. The room was not pristine clean, had torn curtain and discoloration. I think the staff just do the minimal best they can and that is not enough to convert clients.

Great location, well equipped kitchen, close to undeground station and Tesco express just next door open till 11 PM. We got everything we needed.

Only sharp knives were missing in the kitchen.

Close to tube and restaurants and city

they only provide housekeeping after 7 days which is a long time to use the same towels for

5 min from Borough underground station and 10 min from London Bridge Station. Apartment exactly like photos. Quiet, no noise (stayed on the 4th floor). Tesco supermarket just the next door.

Toilet flush not working properly. Sofa-bed not very comfortable. No place to hang towels/clothes in the WC. No kitchen towel to dry hands or kitchen utensils.

We had to change two trains (from Borough to bank station and then another train to Central line) to reach to the centre of London. Station is 5 mins. by walk. Shard Skyscraper is 7 mins. by walking. There are many small groceries and food joints,Pharmacy(closes at 5 or 6 p.m.)around the apartment. Housekeeping comes ones in a week to clean. Receptionists are always there to help.

Housekeeping service should be given atleast twice in a week. For us it came on the 8th day.

Reasonable location, great that there is a Tesco express next door for any essentials. Clean, tidy and comfortable.

Excellent quiet location, nice accommodation, basic, but sufficient kitchen equipment. Large fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Tesco next door. View of the Shard from the appartment. The dishwasher did not work at first, but was quickly fixed.

The sofa bed is far from comfortable, but we got used to it. There was a whiff of cigarette smoke. The corridor carpet was not vacumed. Only 1 of the three radiators worked.
