The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, staff was helpful and courteous.

The rooms were small and a bit outdated.

They have made a great effort with this hotel. It is basic but clean and pleasant. Good access to bus services.

The main problem is the location in a rather scruffy run down area of London. It is a fair walk to the tube and any of the attractions of the city.

The traffic noise was the only issue for me because I am.a light sleeper . Otherwise all good

What lovely people. I had originally booked at Sonder hotel as it is nearer to my venue, but changed my booking to this hotel because I do not have, and do not want digital ID. This hotel was much more helpful and less "bossy" than Sonder, and cheaper too! I needed help with finding bus numbers etc and the guy at the desk found them quickly and correctly for me. The immaculately clean room had a window I could open and for me that is a key element in getting good sleep, which I did. My room was peaceful . I would stay here again and recommend it to friends Highly recommend

Tiny faults were that the shower was hard to reach and water rather hot even on the lowest setting. A coat hook would be an improvement - I used the ironing board hooks I have nothing more to write in the didn't like box....

We felt very well. Confortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Everything was working as it should. Nice to stay. Nice location, quiet and good connection by bus. Is not in Central London but at 20 minutes by bus of Tower Bridge

Plenty of choice for breakfast in a self service setting. Location was perfect and within walking distance of some great places to eat out. I found their luggage storage facility really useful.

Holes in the bedding. Marks on the bedding. Wallpaper peeling off. Cigarette ash on the windowsill from whoever stayed preciously. Dirty walls. Dirty curtains with odd stains. Very tatty. Very noisy wiry constant traffic noise throughout the night. Desperate for an update and redecorating and new bedding. Would not stay again.
