Overall a great hotel in a great location

More choice at breakfast. Same menu every day-food was delicious though

The Location was really Good and Convenient, was Easy to get around to locations and travel and to Utilities it was easy to Locate

The attitude of the Staff was almost like it was a pain for them to service Customers. I understand that you need to be clear and direct in your communication but courtesy is a Must in Services Industry

We liked that the property was 2 stops from Gatwick airport and straight across the road from London Bridge train station. Great location. Near all the attractions and also close to where my daughter lives. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will definitely return. Hotel bed was comfiest I’d ever slept in and location was very quiet. Food was reasonably priced.

All’arrivo in struttura (ore 2.30 di notte) la prenotazione risultava cancellata nonostante avessimo avvisato qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo in tarda serata. Dopo aver spiegato la situazione e un po’ di attesa, lo staff si è scusato facendoci soggiornare in una camera executive con colazione e accesso ai servizi della lounge. La nostra esperienza era iniziata male ma poi è andato tutto benissimo!

The location is convenient, close to the Tower metro station and a railway station. The room was not small, not huge either - just the right size. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

We travel often, but one thing that we see only sometimes is paid Wi-Fi. It was not our criteria for choosing a hotel, but it will become one as of now. Who would have thought that nowadays, Wi-Fi access could become a commodity? The bathroom had a shower that was too small, causing the entire bathroom to be flooded after a shower. The 3rd floor is not high enough to be far away from the street noises. The breakfast is not what you would expect from Hilton. Overall, the hotel may require some renovation soon. I could use a phrase that the hotel is a bit "tired" from being used and abused by its guests.

Excellent reception staff. Ivan, in particular was extremely welcoming and hospitable. Great vibe in the the bar. Cocktails excellent. Nespresso machine in the room.....

Clean modern and classy

The room was not soundproof there was a street band playing outside a pub about 400yards away. I could hear every note as it it was right outside my window and I was on the 4th floor.

Overcharged for room 3 payments taken and rudely told will take 14 working days to go back to my bank . No apology

I slipped on the shower mat getting into the shower and almost broke my leg Someone went into my bag and stole USD 500.00 from it

Everything was great except….

The wifi was terrible. It’s so slow it’s impossible to do any work. This would be a disincentive to me staying there again for work. In 2024 major hotels should be able to provide free usable wifi. My colleague had the same issue

Great location, lots of places to eat around hotel and close location to Tower bridge

I like the location, close to train station, borough market, thames river.

If possible please let me know the lower price for my reference to stay for the next.

Lovely clean quiet and lovely efficient room. Love the under sink light to find bathroom in night. Thank you for complementary wine & coffe. Nice to get a kettle too!!

We booked the Hilton thanks to Ashdon the concierge! We were lost and looking for London Bridge Hospital so we called in to the Hilton to ask for directions. Ashdon was so kind and helpful and printed out directions for us. Hence, when my husband was admitted to the hospital a week or so later I chose to stay at The Hilton - Ashdon had created such a good impression! Indeed we discovered that all the staff were as kind and helpful not to mention sympathetic during a stressful time for me. So a big thank you to all concerned!
