Outstanding hotel, beautifully maintained and when we were there beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff really attentive and helpful, small intimate atmosphere. Room excellent…as was breakfast. Convenient for city centre, easy walk but very peaceful stay. So much better than the international chains. Not our first stay and hopefully won't be our last

The location is fabulous, quiet street walking distance from Princes St; the staff were very friendly and helpful; the building and decor were really interesting (the artwork collection is amazing). The breakfast was lovely.

The only thing we could suggest is that the bed was a bit firm for our liking. We understand that this is a personal preference. Everything else about the hotel is exceptional.

This is a luxurious hotel !! Its amazing , the stuff are amazing and helpful with a nice smile each time you come and go , the cleaning service is fabulous with a chocolate each time they clean, as on welcoming there was a big chocolate bar and a drink, the suite is very comfortable and nice the bathroom also is clean and big with everything thing you need, the location is great near to everything. And the most important to us that the check in and out was smooth and fast as also , big thanks to the staff and the hotel for making my journey the best.

There was obviously an issue with staff training at this hotel. Lovely old building but the whole experience was let down by poor standards of attention to detail. Staff were slow and inattentive. It was a chore to serve and be helpful

In the hotel, there is a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere. A nice surprise is the presence of staff speaking Polish. The location of the property is very good: close to the city center and also to the tram stop going to the airport.

Portable Aircon in the room was very noisy.

Room was big, clean, tea and capsule coffee available every day. Reasonably "big" small fridge. Bathroom was clean and fine equiped.

Serious issue with hot water pressure on 4th floor. For a hotel of this price range, this is unacceptable and embarrasing (we were not warned - when asking about it at reception it was confirmed to be a known issue). Showers at times took forever due to either low or no hot water flow at all. Beds could use more comfortable mattresses.

Excellent boutique hotel in a beautiful quiet neighborhood but still easy walking distance from city center. Rooms had luxurious feel. High ceilings, nice street views. Great bar and restaurant, with warm ambiance. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.
