Gut, sauber, Zimmer gepflegt, Bad sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, Matratze Ok (aber nicht sehr gut) Leider konnte ich eine Tasche meines Gepäcks nicht vier Tage vorher abgeben und musste es unnötig mitschleifen, aber Ok. Frühstück gut organisiert und (meist) wunschgemäß gebracht, frisches Obst, full English breakfast, guter Kaffee. Gute Busanbindung zu Flughafen und in die Stadt.

Eine etwas bessere Matratze und ein USB- bzw. Schukoadapter wären gut gewesen. Ansonsten alles gut.

Great location, only four tram stops to the city centre. Tram was so easy to use. Quaint B&B. The breakfast was amazing and kept me going all day. I would definitely recommend. Real value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The only thing I had trouble with was the hot water system in the bathroom. Maybe a few more instructions on how to adjust the temperature. I could not get it off very hot.

The room was very nice and clean. My wife loved it as it was decorated with style. It was obvious that the owners were very attentive to the details and some small things like the soap and the cookies left us with good feeling. The private free parking is a huge advantage and I congratulate the owners for providing it.

Well, our room was on the ground floor and the windows were looking at the parking and the street. They were not enough shaded and there were no thick courtains. So practically everyone could see inside the room when the lights were on. I urge you to think about this and ensure there is enough privacy for the guests.

Everything the hotel is an old victorian building, the interior is decorated with antique furniture, very well decorated, the hosts are nice and friendly, the breakfast is delicious and fresh, the location is ideal for exploring Edinburgh.
