We stayed here in 2018 and were welcomed back on the 19th, great friendly staff and host and so close to the airport 👍

Shower pressure was poor, bits of room decor were tired and it was a bit dirty

it was very clean, tidy and comfortable. excellent location for what we needed. the owner was a decent guy who made us feel very welcome and took the time to have a good chat with us

The room was clean, but not in a hight standard. The breakfast was quite basic. The staff was very helpful and friendly, specially they woman who was working in the evening when I checked in, I came sick and she was very patient and empathic.

Maybe the breakfast, I was expecting something else. But for one day is OK.

Well maintained property, staff was very helpful, all clean well i found cleaner than Holiday Inn and Travel lodge 😉 Especially i loved Breakfast staff went out of the list they got me what i wanted!!! Really appreciated. Will recommend to everyone!! Thanks Sam Singh

The single room was cold, the radiator wasn’t working even when the heating was on in communal areas. The shower grout needs a good clean or redoing the discolouration makes it look dirty and unappealing.

The location to the airport was good.

The room smelled like sewage. Not enough toilet paper was provided and no spare toilet paper.

Skylark Guesthouse is the perfect place to spend some days in London! It is located just 30 minutes away from central London and the metro is right around the corner! It is literally 4 minutes away walking. London prices are generally crazy expensive, but Skylark offers you every comfort you can find in central London but at a more than reasonable price! And also, London is great but noisy, so when you come home after a long exhausting day the only thing you want is the quiet of your room and neighborhood, and that's what you will find at Skylark! In addition to this, the staff is great and super kind! I am gluten intolerant and as soon as I requested something gluten free for breakfast they were immediately ready to accommodate my request! I usually don't find this kind of efficient service, I was really happy! And rooms are shiny clean as well. Will definitely come back :)

Lovely stay. Very helpful host. Beds are fantastic!!

It is in a good location to get to Heathrow airport. It's no frills, but that was expected and the beds were comfy enough to allow for a decent sleep. Breakfast was included and had a variety of choices.

The hot water didn't work and only came on after I had complained and even then not until many hours later.. The whole house could do with a bit of TLC.

The reception staff are very nice. Great service. Great location as well. Everything went smoothly. We would come back again.

Wish for a better mattress on the queensize beds.

Price point was excellent for proximity to London Heathrow and Hounslow West underground station. Night staff member was very friendly, as was the lady who checked me out in the morning. (Not like that!) Free breakfast; say no more.

Minor niggle in that there's no switch (that I could determine at least) to turn off the very noisy extractor fan, but it does turn off on it's own when the lights are out.
