Location about 20-25 minutes from touristy things, but we knew that going in.

They did not offer what they said on the website bed sheet not changed for 4days

Hotel was under renovations! Many areas suspended! Pool restaurant and the rest! Good overall

property very modern and amble parking. staff very attentive and professional. we stayed in the Sudbury suite, lovely room, hotel could do with a lick of paint but nothing to moan about!! such a shame none of the facilities where open but we where advised of this before arrival. I would definitely stay again. 10/15 minutes commute by taxi to twickenham cost £15.

Helpful staff, location was fantastic for the purpose of our weekend! Commuting to Twickenham is a breeze from here!

I dislike everything of this location.

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The hotel is currently partially used by the Home Office as an immigrant accommodation centre. However, this did not inconvenience us in our primary aim of staying overnight after a visit to the rugby at Twickenham. We were warned in advance that the usual restaurant and bar facilities would not be available. There were numerous alternatives available in nearby Heston High Street.

There did not appear to be many other paying guests which is a pity because they are missing out on great value deal with warm and friendly staff.
