Location is only good thing

Breakfast was disgusting No water pressure in the shower

Concierge team and staff were very helpful and friendly

Shower was a bit weak, head could be replaced for something more adjustable to cater for different people likes.

The TV in my room didn't work. I wanted to rest, but I had to wait for the repairman to fix the problem. There was also no coffee in the room. The cleaner forgot to check that the tea and coffee boxes were full

Breakfast was included and it was good. The room and bathroom were a little underwhelming and I don't think four star.

The room and bathroom, whilst clean and comfortable, wasn't what I would have thought for a four star hotel. There's just free to air TV with no movie option etc.

The cleanliness of the room was great. The breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I have been to.

I didn't like the self service check-in. It was very impersonal. I also don't like how any information in the rooms is only available on the TV. Bring back the brochures. I feel for what we got it was a bit over priced.

Fridge ice box needed defrosting badly, also an empty shoe box on wardrobe from previous customer. No tea towel to dry cups etc .Small details but i have worked in many hotels in my time and would have been pinged for the fridge especially, it shows lack of detail by the room attendent. Overall really good .

Great location and just a short walk to Flinders. I did not get to see much of the city but I reckon it will be a good stay for people who will be traveling for work or leisure

A lot of tour groups and a limited number of staff at check-in. You need a key card to access the lobby after 10 or 11 pm and I was waiting for the person before me to check in.

Leaking toilet Checking in process was disorganised due to being directed to a room twice that already had guests.

No fans on bathroom, body wash and hand lotions were empty, no tea towel provided for washing up cups ect or even being able to wipe up if split water from the sink

The room was big, that was good. Fantastic location.

I was travelling with my adult daughter and asked for a room with two beds. We were offered two single beds with rather too soft mattresses. I felt like rolling out of bed during the night. The bathroom was not very well equipped. There were two low sitting rails, one for the tightly folded dry towels and the other one for the floor mat It was very inconvenient to change as there were no place to put clothes. No hooks for clothes or for the wet towels , to dry them out. We had to put them on the back of the chairs in the room. Also, the shower needed some deep cleaning to get rid of the mold.

A little run down, especially I’m the bathroom, but still great value for the price I paid. If I had paid the rate offered closer to that weekend ($400+) I would not have thought it to be good value

Great location, decent size rooms, car parking is very close by and easy to find, friendly staff and they have self serve check in.

The air conditioning wasn't working so it was very warm in our room. Informed staff, and they were apologetic. Bathrooms are outdated and they need new towels, very thin and worn out.
