The accommodation was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the view was breathtaking

Furnishings were a little worn and room was evidently in the process of being refurbished (painters tape still in place!).

Loved the location including the fantastic river view over Southbank. The apartment was well equipped and self contained. Loved the wide balcony.

Beds were a bit hard with low thread count pillow cases.

Great location great staff

The location is fantastic (within the free tram zone and near the southern cross train station and bus terminal) to get around melb CBD. The free tramway stop is just across the street in front of the hotel. Liked the fact that they have 24hours reception to assist us (unlike some apartments that only do self check-in). Personal touch and knowing there is always someone to go to for any issues or something, is extremely vital for travellers. We were at the highest floor of the apartment and we were extremely memerised by the view we got from the apartment such as of Yarra river (sun setting, raining and sun setting), festive lightings of the bridges, Xmas tree of Fed square, etc etc within a view pane. That's fantastic 🤩 and 5 ⭐ s.

The second room does not get any air-conditioning at all. It's kind of stuffy without air circulation. The hallway and lift lobby is a tad narrow. The noise pollution from the crown during the days of partying is disturbing (they are loud),, other than that everything is good.

The property is in a very convenient location.

The housekeeper left my towel by accident and my towel has not been returned. This is very disappointing.

Comfy beds and couches. Everything we needed for 2 nights provided in unit. Great location.

Lighting in the ensuite was not good for makeup and neither bathroom had a fan.

Room was amazing, comfortable with views. We will be back to stay again.

The property was clean and very well equipped with everything a traveler could need. The location is brilliant for walking around Melbourne. The staff are friendly and obliging.

Great apartments for families! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we asked to change apartments, as the lounge was very small for us with kids. They changed us into a bigger apartment with no hassle.

Could do with a bit of a refresh, but I guess that shows within the cheaper rates.

The bedroom was stuffy and the aircon was only producing heat. I have the exact same aircon. I think batteries need replacement or something wrong with it as I own same aircon. Had to get up twice in night to open balcony door to let cold air in.

Room was nice and presentable. As I was unhappy with apartment the receptionist said they could move me to better apartment the following morning which I agreed on but decided just to stay put as would mean we would have to get out early and wait for them to ring me when room was ready .I did appreciate the offer!

When booking it said landscape views , views of the water etc which this apartment didn’t have, did not like the views at all. I paid a lot more for this apartment and on my stay here 3 weeks before the apartment I had awesome views and paid a lot less,

Central location and easy check in. From desk staff were very nice and accommodating. We got an early check in and room upgrade. 10/10 service

Having an Upgrade was a surprise Help and Understanding from Staff was a delight

My Dad was in the main bedroom but having the airconditioner on the outside wall was extremely loud.

Room and location

Location is excellent. Many tourist places and city centre are within walking distant. Save the effort, Aura is located within the Free Tram Zone which is accessible nearby.

Nothing within my stay. If you could get a room in higher floor, I believe that the view will be good at night. Being a service apartment and costed similar to a hotel room, it would be reasonable to expect a daily room tidy up service.

Very good location for exploring Melbourne CBD as well as access to Southern Cross station.

Furniture in the living area was poor.
