room was clean and was made very special for my engagement, we very much enjoy every time we stay here , stuff were friendly and very professional

It was well-located and comfortable. We were impressed it was serviced daily given it was self-contained - including new dishwasher detergent each day. We also enjoyed the balcony.
The bathroom wasn’t well designed.

great location
the shower leaks over the floor due to the screen and the rose is to low, the washing machine didn’t work correctly and needed a clean had a bad smell, the air con unit would not cool properly seemed to be stuck on an auto setting

The room was not real clean
Couldn't use the oven with the heater on as the electricity went out it kept flipping the safety switch
Booked a room with a view got a room on first floor only view was the abc building

was a little pricey and large bed was two king singles pushed together with a noticeable hard line in the centre, but overall very happy.

The lifts kept stopping in incorrect floors. One stopped for no reason.

Upgraded for free to a 2 bedroom apartment. We had so much space it was so much nicer then staying in stuffy hotel room.

great location just off Southbank. Good sized one bed apartment. Clean and comfortable. kitchen basics all you could need. coffee machine with pods although pods were not espresso ones.
Note the AC is in the main living area not the bedroom so felt air didn’t circulate to the bedroom as well - just a slight issue if it’s very hot
We used the sofa bed for one night. it’s really only for a child as really thin mattress.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke even after having the air filters in the room.

It would have been nice to have some Information in our room.......good restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner.
