Oldy worldy hotel. Lovely.

Shower was cold as everyone was trying to shower for the Dartmouth Ball at the same time!

Breakfast was superb , room above ours was full of creaking from their floorboards, A little noises from the end of the alleyway at the back of the hotel which we overlooked As we were not in the room other than to sleep the overall price was good

The view from the room , everything else was enjoyable

Beautiful building with original features. Warm and cosy with a great view of the harbour. Staff very friendly.

No lift.

Some staff were great (most were doing their best at a busy time and struggling to keep up with customer needs). The bar area was good. Breakfast was great. Parking nearby. Very dog friendly.

Inaccurate bill at check out. Limited food offering / options. Food not that great. Ridiculous bathroom, unusable shower unless you below five feet tall No lift, attic rooms on fourth floor

The restaurant was particularly good - excellent breakfast choice with extremely hardworking and friendly staff. Lunch and dinner also good and the food well cooked and delicious.

Everything as expected. No complaints.

Breakfast was really good and they had a great selection. The room was gorgeous and the views were amazing. All the staff members we spoke to were really kind and helpful.

The door to our room was a little stiff and we did have to ask someone to come help us with it one evening to get back into the room. The tags on the door keys were massive too.

I booked 3 rooms via Booking.com, all arrangements were roof rooms with no view, no lifts , even no hot water to shower ., can’t stand straight to take a shower or toilet.

A nice location overlooking the River Dart. The room was cosy with a large comfortable bed. This hotel is dog friendly with easy access to a park where they can run free.

Parking is difficult
