Really friendly and helpful staff. A lovely old farmhouse. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I stayed for a walking weekend so it was really great that there was a small fridge in the room to keep food fresh. The en-suite was recently fitted and very nicely done.
Not that I didn’t like it, but the location was a long walk back up the steep hill from the centre of town - bus service was good for local trips but the Sunday/Bank Holiday service to Totnes had only two buses out of town so I had to rearrange my schedule home. Also, there wasn’t a little pub nearby!!

A warm welcome and excellent large room. The small fridge and fresh milk was a very nice touch.
It's a 15 minute walk back up from the town centre, however that means it's away from the noise and busyness of the town too!

Walking into a small comfy lounge with couch, then into shower/W.C. area with your own central heating boiler which you were able to use when required, there is a door out to a small private courtyard, then into the bedroom with double bed. Parking just outside. Easy access to the lovely town of Dartmouth. Great place to stay whilst visitng that part of Devon, especialy as the ferry to Kingswear gives easy access to torbay.

really comfortable bed, and lovely bed linen. Appreciated the jug of fresh milk in the fridge. Very friendly staff and owners, and a good full breakfast!
only the walk back up the hill from the town, the hill is a bit steep, though the buildings are full of interest. And then our hosts told us about the number 90 bus, and we used it every day.

we have stayed here before and rate it highly. our bedroom this time was exceptional and the beds and bedding as good as a 5* hotel. we were made very welcome and the serving staff looked after us very well.
just one small niggle- the breakfast bacon was thick and tough. Last time we stayed it had been delicious!

Everything was excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful clean bedroom and bathroom. Great location with a regular bus service into Dartmouth centre.

Perfect location for our son's Pass Out from BRNC in Dartmouth. Room was spotless and beds comfortable.
Our only disappointment was breakfast.....everything pre-cooked (or so it seemed) and the strangest scrambled eggs I've ever seen and which I couldn't eat.

A convenient location about 15-20 minutes walk down to Dartmouth town centre. Cute old farmhouse, very comfortable room, friendly team, nice breakfast.

Handy location to Dartmouth. Room for my car. Wifi ok. Travelling on my own so had small room. Ok for overnight stay.
