We liked the wonderful view from high up on the hill looking down onto Dartmouth and the nearby areas with the yachts and the busy thoroughfare.

The shower wasn't very powerful at all, in fact the poor quality of the shower was not in keeping with everything else in the apartment, which was excellent.

Lovely place, beautiful views around, friendly staff and all the neighbours also. Apartment was very comfortable.

Toilet was quite small, and the toilet's door without the lock. But it is just a small detail

The service was exceptional. The apartment was incredible, the view was picturesque! I could not of had better service from the beautiful staff, they could not have done enough for me and my daughter!

We ran out of hot water. But this was quickly rectified, and again the staff where brilliant!

Beautiful place to stay so peaceful, everything you need.

Accommodation was a little dated but very clean. The apartment was a good size and well fitted out with all the kitchen appliances required. The apartment had a nice communal garden with stunning views over the River Dart. Kingswear is a lovely location with the steam railway to Paignton and ferry to Dartmouth. The apartment is at the top of a very steep hill so walking down into Kingswear is only for the able-bodied.

The bathroom in the apartment needed updating, the shower was poor (and very old fashioned) and the towel rail was hanging off the wall. They charge extra for the electricity which is at a premium rate. Luckily we didn't eat in or need the heating otherwise it would have cost a fortune. The owners didn't charge us for the electricity in the end because I felt it was unacceptable considering the price we paid for the accommodation.

Quite, clean,, comfortable.

Location is beautiful with stunning views. Spacious rooms, beds were wonderfully comfortable and everything you may need is there.
