The apartment was great- very well appointed and comfortable space. Lovely reception team.

There was constant noise - day and night - from what I think were air conditioning units either on the hotel building or next door building. I did not sleep hardly at all and I am not a light sleeper. It was truly super noisy.

Exhaust fan from bathroom which was on same circuit as light was very loud and could be heard in 2nd bathroom

Our apartment was spacious comfortable and right in the heart of the City. would have loved to have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here when we next visit. Fabulous!

No complaints at all but suggestion would be to have a recycling bin handy for disposal of recyclable goods

The location is perfect, very central

beautiful old building room was huge and we were surprised to find a washing machine and dryer in our room. plenty of room for our family of 5,

was a little difficult getting our luggage to and from car with it parked in car park across the road but that was all I would change (obviously not something that would be easily achieved) partner found the fitting in our bathroom (en-suite loose and some mould but I didn’t notice these things. couldn’t find a menu in the room or online for room service. ended up having breakfast next door. we weren’t too fussed, saw the menu in the lift and could of called reception but would be nice to have it for future guests.

The location and spacious accommodation was wonderful.

The room was dark and the sofa-bed mattress was not comfortable at all.

Perfect location in the centre. Spacious in both bedrooms and living room. Nice having 2 bathrooms for 2 bedder apartments. All staffs are friend and helpful.

Wish we could open the window so we could choose fresh air or aircon in different rooms. Mattress and pillow are too soft to our liking.

Located centrally in Launceston there was easy access to arcades, and boulevard. Very room service with all the comforts. Loved the cable TV.

Parking was a bit of concern as it was in the multi-storey car park across the road. This is particularly a problem if you have lots of luggage (like we had) that will need to be hauled across a 3 lane road.

unable to obtain confirmation about late check in procedures and no reply to phone call, email or message sent during business hours. when we got there the security guard was very helpful and there was no problem but it would have been nice to know that so we didn’t have to worry about our bed for the night.

The room was spacious and close to everything

The nearby post office bells chimed every hour all night, the room was not as clean as I would expect and the couch was very uncomfortable

Loved the size of the apartment and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is excellent.

It would have been great if the hotel had a guest parking arrangement with the carpark across the road.
