Great location. Well priced.

A bit outdated, we had to walk up 3 flights of very old steep stairs with a baby and suitcase because they don’t have an elevator, but there is nothing informing you about this before you book. The room is quite out dated and not very clean, it was extremely dusty and there was mould in the grout in the shower, my asthma got really bad at night I think because of the dust. The location is great though , it was close to everywhere we needed to go. The lady at reception was so lovely and friendly I give her 10 stars for professionalism

Over use of room deodoriser makes you feel something is being covered up - was overwhelming. Having read other reviews - was possibly covering the cigarette smoke smell referred to by others

Central location and suites large enough for a family of five. Easy parking close to suite (good with large suitcases) and nice breakfast places a short walk away.

Location Location Location. If your gonna come to Grand Launceston not a bad place to be. We came for the Tom Boags brewery tour, Its right around the corner. Your very close to lots a pubs as well. Parking was good too.

We were upgraded to spa room, which was spacious and lovely. The room was very central to everything , all within walking distance. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
