Wi-fi wasn't always available

Perfect location close to Launceston CBD.

The springs on one side of the bed had failed and made a loud noise as I moved on it

5 berth. more than adequate for our 1 night stop over on our way to Cradle Mountain.

The view! Good sized room. Kitchenette facilities ok despite being grubby

The wifi was appalling. I had work to do every evening and the only decent wifi could be found in the reception area which was less than helpful. The reception staff member we interacted with probably needs to look for a new job. It was obvious that she didn’t enjoy her work. She was dismissive and definitely not helpful!

Location was great, with a lovely view across the city in the evening. Plenty of room and has all the facilities we required. Older style accommodation but very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a stinker of a day extremely hot but i managed to get room cooled down quickly, room was close to vehicle and easy to park. Given this was just a work stop all i needed was a bed , a shower and some quiet, got them all

Lots of noise from heat pumps starting up every few minutes , room 1 seems to be surrounded by them, very disturbed sleep. to be fair it was a very hot night

Very central location. Lots of different types of food available close by. Botanical gardens and city shops and markets all walking distance. 5 - 10 minutes. Full size fridge and a good range of cooking facilities.

the bed was too hard & the town clock bells kept going off every 30 minutes

Great bed and view over Launceston. Good location near to CBD if you don’t mind hills.

Far to little storage space meant we were constantly tripping over our suitcases/ rucksacks. Basin in bathroom to small and badly situated. Arrived back at apartment after long day only to find the oven wasn’t working. Owner FaceTimed us promptly but only promised to replace oven following day! We felt much more could have been done e.g. provided us with key to vacant apartment to use it’s oven, offered to buy us a meal( even a takeaway would have been acceptable- we were starving!),given us a refund to offset our irritation and massive inconvenience.

it’s a bit tired decor wise but don’t let that put you off. prices reflect this.

Clean, comfortable, great proximity to town and staff were welcoming and exceptional

3 night stay room had basic cooking facilities which was great to be able to do simple breafast and dinners. Location close to city centre to walk and explore but away from the crowd. Great views from balcony, 2 nd floor room

Nothing more disappointing to return after a long day to find that the rooms had not been done and the wet towels we left on the floor per the instructions were still there. Reception had gone off for the day (5.30pm) and the number they gave us could not even help us with a simple request of fresh towels. We had not been informed that there wasn't going to be housekeeping. A basic item that had xaused us such inconvenience and unpleasant experience.
