Suitable location for our first trip, area felt safe, lively, and clean.

Attention chambre un peu fraîche en cette saison et un peu proche de la salle de petit dejeuner

Hôtel situé en plein centre et tout proche du métro(stations Aliados et Trindade), placé idéalement pour visiter la ville à pieds, chambre très calme donnant sur la court et lits confortable, très bon petit déjeuner. Décoration avec des objets vintage. Personnels très sympathique et parlant français pour la plupart. Ma demande de chambre donnant sur la court acceptée.

De bijzondere inrichting van het hotel, het zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel aan de balie en in de ontbijtzaal en de schone en propere kamer.
De zeer goede ligging van het hotel, net buiten het historische centrum wat met een korte wandeling te bereiken was, en te middenvan vele restaurants en eetgelegenheden.
Ligging ten opzichte van het metrostation Trindade, een wandeling van minder dan 10 minuten.
Bedden waren aan de harde kant en kussens aan de dunne kant, ondanks dat toch redelijk geslapen.

I really like equipments in the hotel and place in the centre.
The bathroom in first room, in second was better and communication about the breakfast, because they promised and they did not do that. Before we left the hotel, they should prepare breakfast packages. One promised, second did not do it.

We had a family room, big and spacious. It's an old building, so staying there is a bit of a travel back in time. Very good beds. Fun with lots of retro items placed around the hotel area. The location was optimal.
Our room had a bit of an old smell to it, nothing we could not handle, but still a bit unpleasant. The breakfast was OK, just have to deal with the fact that in Portugal, the bacon will always be soggy.

Great location, very central
Bed was very uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms but were told all the bed were the same.we could not sleep as a result. Breakfast was terrible. Very poor selection of food. Rooftop "bar" isn't a bar. They have a few bottles on a table.

Because we were above the main road and didn't turn on the air conditioner (slept with windows open), we heard the trash collector at 3am-ish. If you close the windows and turn on the air conditioner, it should be fine. Overall, I would stay there again :)

The location of the hotel was ideal for wandering and exploring the city. The staff were wonderful, we felt welcomed and all questions answered.
The room was fine, however we stayed a few nights and became cramped as not much room to move, and quite dark.

reception staff are awesome and very friendly. The location could not be better and the beds are comfy. There is also a fun and quirky theme in the common spaces of the hotel.

Loved the decor, breakfast and staff were excellent. Very happy there was a mini fridge.
Can’t think of anything, but I do like to be able to make a coffee early in the morning since I am an early riser. We were in many hotels durIng our trip, and can’t remember if there was a coffee maker in the room. That is definitely a plus in my opinion.

The property is well located, close to restaurantes and markets. The staff is friendly and always keen to help. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff rest the bedsheets and cleaned the bathrooms everyday
The street can be noisy at times, and it can be annoying for some.

it’s a great location and the staff is very friendly.
the bathroom light was horrible. it was automatic but wouldn’t stay off or on. literally had to walk around while brushing teeth and it kept flickering. it flickered the whole shower or anything. the AC unit in the room didn’t work either.

Location was perfect. The hotel is querky and fun. Staff lovely and friendly. Room lovely and clean.
Was ABIT of mould in the shower. Think there needs to be a vent in there to prevent this.
