Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer, da ich bei der Buchung nicht aufmerksam war. Aber es hat voll und ganz gereicht! Perfekte Ruhe mitten in Kapstadt und wunderbare Gastgeber. Ich bin jetzt schon über 20mal nach Südafrika gereist, doch solch ein Service zusammen mit Perfektion findet man selten! Ich habe hier eine ausführliche "Roadmap" mit allen Informationen erhalten, dies ist bei anderen Gästehäuser leider nicht selbstverständlich. Das Frühstück ist ebenso perfekt (für englische Verhältnisse) und sogar die Informationen für den leidigen Stromausfall wurden zugestellt. Also alles perfekt!

Lastig kiezen: de (rustige) ligging is perfect; de hele fijne mooie tuin en een heerlijke kamer! En dan het hele fijne ontbijt! Kortom in één woord: GENIETEN!

Very nice host. Good location in Seapoint. Safe area and with lots of young people. Was a really good vibe in the guest house and the location. Near Mojo Market, which is an awesome place. Located near the beaches. Neil takes time to explain everything there is to know about Cape Town! Very nice! We were checking out around 10am and could leave our bags with Neil, we could even use the showers and changing room at 5pm to get ready for our flight back. Great hospitality. We had a great stay.

Well run and comfortable. Neil was very responsive, and the location is great. We loved the decor, and breakfast was tasty and hearty.

Nice, clean, comfy, accommodating, facilities, hot shower, amenities, artwork… and Neil! Neil is awesome and does his best to make your stay great. Would highly recommend staying here!

- Neil and the staff are really nice. He gave us a lot of very useful information when we arrived and he was very helpful and available for any need. - The breakfast was very good, with hot beverage and food. - The room was wide and very clean. We had a beautiful balcony in front of Signal Hill - The position is very convenient, many restaurant and bars nearby and the promenade just 5 minutes away.

Very friendly and helpful personal. Neil, the owner, is very nice and has lots of humor. Every day our room was cleaned and we had a delicious breakfast. I definitely would recommend the accomodation....

Our stay was too short!!!

Neill(the host) is such a nice guy. He is a pleasure to talk to and so welcoming. He immediately asked if we knew the area and quickly took us through the map, pointing out places to eat, where we can explore and suggesting what would be the safest way of getting around. The rooms are very cosy and the view a breath of fresh air. We had a lookout over the pool and a view of Lion's Head. The bathroom was clean, the room even had a safe and we also had access to Netflix. The breakfast was top notch and there were plenty of options available. Upon check out Neill even provided access to the store room to store our bags as we still had a hike before leaving, so that was very helpful and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend this stay to anyone new and old to Cape Town.

I think the only thing was that the bathroom was a wet room and there wasn't anything to dry up the floor after a shower(we didn't want to use the white towels) and we couldn't find the switch to the extractor fan(if there was one). We aren't fussy, so it didn't take away from the experience at all and everything else was amazing.

We arrived quite late in the evening for an appointment. Neil went out of his way to accommodate us and secure the most appropriate options possible. He also provided sound advice ahead of our arrival in terms of local conditions. Excellent service!

There was nothing not to like.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of tips for visiting and exploring Cape Town. The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Be aware that in Cape Town there is power interruption in areas during various time periods of the day and this hotel does not have a power generator. So you need to plan accordingly for charging your phones, laptops, cameras etc. There was a poor selection in the breakfast.

Parking is in a lot right off the street and is not secure. Felt a bit expensive for what it was.
