Handy location- friendly helpful staff

Room was very dirty had ladies fake finger nails in the showers !! Wtf

Room was very nice & spacious. Bed was good too, no aches & pains in the morning. Location was gave very good access to the Convention Centre which was my main reason for staying there. Amazing local restaurants just across the road too. Pool area was a delight.

Good stay overall & no real gripes.

The pool was amazing - could have spent days up there.

Easy check in, easy car park, very nice room, very clean.. doors to balcony were sound proof, block out curtains, bed was super comfy. And staff were outstanding 👏 great price, breakfast was included and very nice.

Noisy guests next door but the receptionist was very helpful to us that night who went and reminded the noisy guests about the no noise hotel policy after 10pm.

The price was great. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The facilities were excellent, the food was great and the location perfect.

Nothing I can think of save the tv was not a smart TV but far from critical. Otherwise fabulous.

I had a study day there so it was suitable

Due to flight delays we arrived at 930pm. Restaurant and room service cease at 9 which was a pain when you had left home at noon. Definitely didn’t feel like going ‘out’ for some food. Even though there was hand sanitizer throughout the motel, person at reception was blowing nose constantly without using any sanitizer, washed everything in sanitizer when I got yo my room.
