Everything was exceptional! It was also so peaceful! Staff was amazing! Our favorite staff member was Jarod at the PM Pub!

I loved that everything was very close and accessible. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. I also loved the food.
The beds in the room could have been firmer as well as some of the staff seemed to kind of expect a tip.

we came here for our honeymoon and were very disappointed!!! The property itself is lovely and beautiful. However we struggled multiple times with the service - once with our butler service who, upon check in, told us they would help us make a reservation for the next day at one of the restaurants he recommended. When I checked in with him next day on reservation; no reservation had been made and he told us the restaurants he recommended were closed. We ended up ordering room service which finally came 90 min after ordering a soup and sandwich.
But the real incompetence and inability to help came on the second night when we had a giant crab living in the soffit above our bed. We could see him crawling out and back in and when we called the front desk to send someone, no one came. We waited for over 30 min and finally went to the front desk to change rooms as we couldn’t sleep with the noise of the crab crawling and burying over our heads. For TWO Hours they had us back and forth with no solution from 10:30 till almost 12:30am, until finally I broke down yelling and they gave us another room- which they should’ve done the minute they realized the situation couldn’t be repaired.

Beach attached to the property is extremely small and not the. eat quality
Did not enjoy any beach time at all.
Cocktails had a LOT of alcohol with no measure on most occasions.

Better offering on free drinks. Better variety of breakfast. Not happy with booking.com, check in process should be faster, Italian restaurant and Japanese restaurant had a limited selection of food. No support for assistance with luggage.

The people is your best asset. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Dominican night show was too provocative. Almost felt like the dancers wanted to showcase sexuality, not Dominican culture.

Been here several times and we like the location and the over all experience …service is still great. Our butler, Carlos and maid, Nancy were wonderful

Nice architecture and design
plumbing issues, as I had to call their reception so many times to get the bathroom to work but their staff is amazing, very neat and smart and will attend to your needs. Omar the waiting staff was phenomenal and the manager Emmanuel Mendez was amazing and very helpful.

Everything was fantastic....we travel a lot and stay at supposedly 5 star resorts all the time, and they are not, but this was definitely a 5star experience....you definitely want Miguel as your butler, he's the best...

We liked our room and the general atmosphere of the hotel
The check in experience was pretty bad. It took for ever. The person who checked us in, Carlos, was incompetent.
The sea was horrible and I did not swim once. I do not like pools so at the end of the day I could have stayed at home.
The seaweed was an ugly sight and a problem. I cannot imagine what the people who had booked expensive rooms by the sea would have thought, especially the ones overlooking the adjacent beach. Its the first time that I go on holiday and do not send or post any photos of the beach!

floors inside bedroom slippery and fridge didn't cool our beverages properly. Also for the price we paid on swim out pool suite we only got soda, water and beer. I feel it could've upgraded.

Seaweed. Hire someone to clean it all damn day. We are her for the water. It’s sad that MARGARITAVILLE had better water. You need to step up your game. Castle beaches looked like hell. I can send you pictures of the disparity between next door and here
