We found the house clean and tidy, close to the beach and golf club in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment.

Nice house with all necessities, but no sharp knife available for cutting veggies such as carrots😅

the floor of the en-suite wardrobe is very dusty & no soundproof walls as you can hear people talking next room or in the living area.

The Villa was very clean & comfortable and in an excellent location , between Middleton beach & Emu point. A short walk to the beach and Golf club , and close to all Albany attractions in the car.

Clean, peaceful and not too far from everything beautiful that Albany has to offer.

Middleton Bay Retreat was a lovely house to stay in for our holiday. The house decor was relaxing and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets for cold winter nights. The ducted heating kept the house lovely and warm. It was only a short walk to the beach and the golf club and a 5 minute drive into town. The host was lovely, checking to make sure we were settled in the day after we arrived and wishing us a safe trip home when we left. Sue also responded promptly to any messages I sent during the course of our stay. We would stay here again without hesitation and would recommend Middleton Bay Retreat to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Albany.

Location was great and really couldn't fault anything. As we had a party of 6 golfing ladies the 2 x bedrooms with 2 single beds in each was perfect for us.

very well located. everything you need for a self catered holiday. close to a magnificent beach and great coffee shops at Emu Point. big property suitable for families and fitted with all the amenities needed for a family.

Great location, easy to get to everything. Very quiet area, great having your own little house. Everything you need for your stay was provided. Comfy beds, good heating. Great to have 2 bathrooms.

Very tight squeeze fitting car under carport - difficult to get both doors open.
