10-15 minute bus ride into the city €3 one way. Bus #21 Room was very quiet at night no outside noise even though your close to a highway. Breakfast was not a cooked breakfast however there was a variety of things to have. Room and bathroom were clean.

Nothing not to like about the hotel although felt is was a bit pricey

Nice personnel, the hotel conveniently located (very close to the highway), quiet neighbourhood. The elevator was fast enough (it is not always the case). Good price.

Not too many space in a parking lot near the hotel. Not a big choice at the breakfast, also not enough space in the canteen when there are many guests.

The hotel is very clean. Personnel is extremely nice and helpful. Good breakfast, comfortable beds. Downtown is easily reachable by bus. Absolutely recommend.

The bedlinen was very clean so was the room/bathroom. Check in was a.breeze Ella was friendly and helpful.

You have to take bus no. 21 or 23 to reach the hotel. If you take bus no. 3 the walk to the hotel is further.

Clean and comfortable bed and professional stuff

Few amenities were missing ( fridge, and iron were not in the rooms) and my shower seemed to be clogged ( when I took my shower, water was draining very very veryyyyyyyy slow)

Easy to find. Public transport was right in front of the hotel. Easy to get around.

Pillows could have been bigger and a little more plush. It was so flat and small. made it uncomfortable to sleep. Could have provided a kettle for hot water.

Great location only 10-15 minutes from center. FREE parking with plenty of spaces. Iron is available at request.

Small room and very small bid. It wasn’t comfortable at all. Shower wasn’t draining and needs cleaning. AC wasn’t working as it was controlled by reception and if you open the window you’ll be bothered by Train/traffic noise. I asked them to turn it on but the didn’t.

Modern and convenient hotel. Clean room with free towels and toilettries. The hotel is located in the highway neighbourhood, but is still very quite. Nice staff, fast wifi and easy acces to room by code instead of key. No check-out needed. There is an elevator and the exit direct to the bus stop and the McDonald's. Free parking and access to the public transport

From Check In to Check Out, all went smooth. The hotel is very conveniently located with a bus route (21) taking you to the heart of Old Town Salzburg in 20 mins. The staff are well trained and responsive, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The Hotel Manager Roland, was extremely helpful and gave us a good run-down of what we could do in the time we were in Salzburg.

The rooms have a good view of the Alps, but unfortunately, the designer had the glass facade covered with a design, which prevented us from getting the view. This was extremely frustrating!
