The room was really comfortable and we chose one on the airport side, not noisy at all and a great view. Breakfast was superb, we ordered off the menu at no extra charge and there was an excellent buffet as well. Staff mega friendly and good service in the Sky bar. Parking was right next to the hotel.

We love the hotel decor and layout of the hotel. The furnishings and atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have stayed here many times and we are always extremely satisfied with all the facilities we use. The Sky Bar is excellent and loved the cocktails. Highly recommend a short weekend stay or longer if needed.

Not much i can say as tis a favorite hotel for our weekends away.

This hotel is one of our very favourites, we stay here every year, the accommodation is first class and the service is outstanding

As we checked in, we paid an additional fee for breakfast for two guests who were joining us the following morning, our room rate included breakfast for my husband and I. The next morning, following breakfast, we were asked to pay for our two guests as we left the restaurant, we explained we had already paid in advance. However, on entering the lift to go back to our room a member of staff chased after us and once again questioned us regarding payment of the two additional breakfasts. This was embarrassing, our guests were still with us at this point, and it was completely unnecessary as surely a quick check would have cleared the matter up, if there was any doubt it could have been addressed in a more discreet way, perhaps at checkout. We were made to feel very awkward and it was very unexpected in a hotel of this stature and reputation, we have never had any issues before. Mistakes happen but there are better ways of dealing with them.

Arrived late back from an event and went to coffee shop for food at 2145, staff really did not want me there...looking at watches asking if kitchen was open closed at 2200. In the end the service does not match the potential

Really relaxed but fancy. We mentioned that it was for my birthday so we were upgraded to the sky suite and it was amazing!!!! Such an amazing upgrade, also chocolates were left in the room with a happy birthday sign!

It's strange, the hotel looks like a 5 star hotel but they seem to cheap out on stuff other hotels provide. When checking in, staff didn't bother to let me know when check out was, I had to go back and ask. No directions for where to find your room, just "your room is on the 3rd floor, have a nice stay". Only 1 spare plug socket, on 1 side of the bed, none on the other side or anywhere else in the room. Made it so only 1 of us could charge our phone at a time. Most hotels provide a disposable toothbrush, the one time I forget to bring my own was here and they don't. 1 coffee, in a room for 2 people they only provide 1 coffee. 1 bottle of shampoo but 2 bottles of conditioner but no body wash. Mini fridge was either not plugged in or just plain old not working. Honestly, I'm not sure if they just forgot to restock the room before we booked in or if this is normal. It felt like the hotel has all the glammer on the outside, but then forgot the basics.
