This apartment saved us when we decided to leave our other terrible apartment, we were so grateful for the helpful staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the apartment, and the location was really good for farnborough airport too. We had an amazing week in the apartment, it really felt like a home away from home. Will be staying here in future and recommending to colleagues.

The appartement felt out dated. The floor in the kitchen was greasy and the carpet sticky.

The location was 10 minute walk from the wedding. I left my mobile and some of my husband’s clothes and we needed them urgently. Keith very kindly had them sent to me xx

Loved the spacious well equipped apartment. Ended up with a 2-bed apartment which was lovely.

The en-suite shower could do with some work as it is water damaged/rusted. Hook behind door would be handy. Wi-Fi was very hit and miss

No hot or warm water - runs out quickly so the place isn’t suitable for more than 2 people

Not enough toiletries like shampoo & hand wash. Staff didn't provide fans as agreed. Also nothing in the fridge for example breakfast items or water. Not enough pillows were provided.
